We have been going to this location for more than a decade now. Our experience today was awesome. Even though the store had officially closed when we were checking out - we were provided was amazing customer service. Emma was super sweet, friendly, and patient as we finalized our final order at checkout. Clean location, always stocked, great deals, and amazing customer service. Always s recommend! 💯

Kari was wonderful guiding us in our selection for our special print. When we picked it up, that associate was very kind and courteous also. It turned out great and we are very appreciative.

Nice store! Be careful when googling the directions. It will want you to go to Staples on the other side of the highway. You want to be in the parking lot with Walmart.

This is a great art/craft supply store in Lewisville. They carry high end professional brands - especially paints like Golden acrylics and Daniel Smith watercolors. They also offer coupons most days - just go to their website to download. Also, you can sign up for their rewards club (free) and get special offers/coupons sent directly to you. And the BEST thing about Michaels is their new Maker Space, where they teach classes, but also let the public come in and create. (See pics below) So glad we have this great resource in our community!

Excellent customer service and understanding. I was able to return an item and spent the refund via the Michael's gift card. As long as you spend your money there, you'll be treated properly. That is the experience and expectation one should have. Great people work at Michael's and love their job. There is just not enough of them!

High marks for customer service. Two separate employees went out of their way to help us find the item we wanted and offered a number of alternatives.

As a DIY girly, I love to shop at Michael's!
I get my shadow boxes, t-shirts, floral pieces and many other things here. They usually have good deals and coupons, which is amazing. Don't forget to look around for clearance items, you may just find a little, hidden treasure.

Always fun browsing that becomes shopping with friendly and helpful staff.

Pattie was so helpful and provided excellent service during my visit today at Michael’s in Lewisville, TX!

She instantly spotted that I had my hands full (I was shopping alone), and she and came over to assist me with the heavy pile of large diploma frames I needed to purchase.

Pattie also went above and beyond explaining the self check-out, rewards program, and even helped me sign up for the Michael’s rewards on my phone.

This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Pattie was patient, kind, a great conversationalist, and super friendly and helpful.

I definitely would recommend friends to come to this location just because of her.

This store was so enjoyable to shop in. I found everything on my list with no problems and found quite a few good clearance deals along the way. Even though I had a couple people in front of me at the checkout, I didn't have a long wait at all. My cashier was so friendly and actually gave me a couple good ideas for the project I'm currently working on. Even with my extra clearance items, I was still able to stay under budget since almost everything I bought was on sale. My only recommendation would be for them not to put overstock items on the clearance aisle if it isn't on clearance.

The lady managed was really nice and helpful. I appreciate it. I found some goodies on clearance sections to keep my boys busy during the winter storm days.

This Michael's has great in-store classes! Paint pouring terracotta pots... Sooo much fun!

They always have what I want. I ordered vinyl online it was on sale. Online ordering is difficult though. Was supposed to be ready by end of day. But was not so called and they had my order ready. So many steps for.me to get my stuff. It's irritating I will go to the store instead of online. Unless the deal is good.

It's always nice when I go in there. I'm usually not looking for anything in particular but I'm likely to buy something. The only con I would say is that there are never enough cashiers or people on the floor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was asked if i needed help finding anything, and they knew right where to go. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The store was clean and hide a light scent cinnamon and vanilla. Very nice. Prices are reasonable and the always have something neat on sale.

Very organized product isles. The first time I went here was last Sunday because Hobby Lobby was closed. I admit Michaels is not the first store I think of going when I am searching for crafting supplies...but I love the reward program. Got all I needed for my soap project!!

I feel this store has the best customer service in the chain. It feels like the staff loves their jobs....which makes it nice to shop here. The shelves are always stocked and organized. The staff is always helpful and perhaps more importantly knowledgeable.

Love the many options and in stock items! I'm a soap maker!
