4/27 & 4/28: Customer Service 2nd to None! Friendly and professional. Jason (Store Mgr) is running a great crew of employees. Jeff, Jesus, Will to name a few. I had an issue with an alternator for my son's vehicle. There guys went above and beyond to assist and ensure Customer Satisfaction! Thank you to O'Reilly"s. I would highly recommend this store for your vehicle's repair needs for parts.

Jan2023: 5⭐: I would recommend this location and the work crew. I stopped by this location as a result of checking around trying to find a specific part that I needed for my spouse's vehicle. I had visited this location at an earlier time and decided I would give it another try. This location is just off Main Street with adjacent businesses and a shared parking lot. The location is convenient and has clear markings from the street in order to be able to locate this business. I went inside the business to look for the part and I was immediately greeted by one of the workers behind the counter. As I was looking for the part, one of the workers said. If you need some additional information I can help you here at the register. I thought. Wow! I walked over to the register and he asked what type of vehicle and what type of part and he gave me the number to look for on the shelf. After I completed searching the shelf and retrieved the part, I walked over towards the registers at another worker called me to his register and said I'll take you here. Again, it was the willingness I observed to help a customer in the store that I thought was admirable and should be practice when you deal with a business that is based on customer need and customer satisfaction with the items they need to find.

Nov2019: 3⭐ I stopped by here to search for specific parts and did not locate them. There was one guy up front who suggested another item that did fit. I bought the part and was off to the register. To my surprise, there was a symbol that they could process electronic phone transactions, but the cashier was clueless of how to process it.

I explained to Jason & Jesus I was inadvertently sold the wrong battery at a different location and my battery was not changed at the time of purchase.
Once explained, both of them diligently worked together to help fix the problem. Jesus quickly handled my exchange and Jason installed the new battery in record time.
Super impressed.

It's hard to find people in our angry age that really want to help their customers. Well I ended up a O'Reilly's and I couldn't restart my car. The manager, Jason, went out of his way to help try to figure out what was wrong. He said it sounded like the starter was bad. Maybe the gear was broken and it would catch to start the car.

But he kept trying to help me in spite of being busy. Since he was doing so much to help me, I waited when he had a customer.

Finally I simply had to have the car towed. Like an idiot I had left my cellphone at home so I was really stuck. He let me use the store phone when he could.

He was certainly correct on the problem. It was my starter.

Oh and in spite of all he did for me he wouldn't let me pay him.

Why would anyone go to another parts place in Flower Mound or Lewisville (TX), when you have such a great store and great manager right on Main Street just a few blocks beyond Flower Mound in Lewisville. I wish I could give more than five stars

Had to get a head light replaced, Jesus helped me get the lights and he replaced my old ones!! He was awesome and a big help!! Customer service 10/10!!!!

idk this one guy but i came in like 20 minutes before closing and he was really nice and helped me solve my car problem (he lowk also saved me like $400)

The guys were so helpful even on a busy Saturday in triple digit heat. Jay installed my wiper blades faster than I could get out of the store. Great job!

The knowledgeable staff are right on point with the diagnosis of my vehicle problem. The solution and/ or a referral expert is offered as well. My auto part was ordered early and recvd the same day by 3pm ! I always leave satisfied

Great service! Went to buy a car battery and they checked my battery first to make sure it was bad/not holding a charge. Then they provided 3 options in different prices ranges to allow me to pick the one that best fit my needs and budget. No pressure. And when I purchased it the guy even offered to help me change it. I said it was alright I could change it myself and he lent me the tools to replace it in the parking lot. Great service! Highly recommended 👌!

I just love this O'Riley! Friendly an helpful on phone before I even got to the location! Jason was the best! I bought windshield wipers. I got a great deal. ( by 1 get 1 free) Jason even put my wipers on my vehicle while it was raining! How's that for good customer service. Got to Love them!!!

Everytime I go in there the service rocks. My questions are always answered no matter how stupid they may seem.

Mike was very helpful replacing my wiper blades for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip.
