Dunkin'

Abigail greeted us as we entered the store and took our order right away. Our food and drinks were ready quickly and we were able to sit and finish our food. Even after a rush the store appeared to be in great shape.

The guy at the drivethru window (wearing glasses) was super sweet while we were waiting on the order, and just seems like a really kind person! He's a great hire and deserves a raise :)

This Dunkin Donut is small, but service was amazing by this guy. He was so wonderful! I had told my 7 year old daughter if she gets good grades on her homework, Dunkin giving free donut. I paid for the donut and just told him to play along. Guy was so nice and played along. My daughter was so excited!! I am thankful to you for making her day and being so kind!! We will see you next month!! Thank you!🙏🏽

What a great team, everything was fantastic. Can't emphasize how friendly they were. This friend and I said we're coming back just for that! And of course that gigantic cinnamon roll didn't hurt anybody, well it kind of did LOL but it was worth it!

Hadn't been to a Dunkin Donuts in 10 years....the girls there made buying breakfast fun....they were soooooooo busy yet they seemed to work together like a fine oiled machine.....especially "Brianna" don't know correct spelling but I didn't know they had all the breakfast sandwiches and stuff... I just thought it was donuts and coffee so I was asking her questions and she was so sweet to answer all of them... the sour dough sandwich I got was super delicious really surprised and the girl at the coffee bar who was making some coffees... I was asking her about them as she was making them and telling me all about them.... they just seem so happy to be there and if they weren't I was fooled.....lol..... good job girls and ladies I will definitely check this place out again

Went in the morning (before 7am), used drive thru, was helped in a courteous and timely manner. 2 lanes for drive thru, pretty busy.

The cozy version of Dunkin’ Donuts retail stores, features a fast coffee and tea selection, plus all my favs: breakfast bagel sandwich, and donuts. The tea here is excellent, yea but they have coffee any way you want. Staff was friendly and courteous, my order was out fresh and hot.

Typical Dunkin front door was locked so I had to go through the drive-through, but the service was fairly speedy. Just glad they were open so early on a Saturday morning. Can’t really go wrong. Thankfully I’m basic and drink my coffee black.

Excellent customer service and atmosphere. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again next time I go to San Antonio with my family

Best Dunkin we've been to in Texas! I've lived in NY so going here instead of round rock donuts was a must. The service and atmosphere here is great! The food the fresh and warm. Greeted on arriving and leaving. Cashier was attentive and friendly.

5 stars because it doesn't just have a drive thru, it has a DOUBLE drive thru! (And the coffee is on point too). Free wifi and a table with charging stations. Nice place to relax.

Gina. Is. AWESOME! I came once as I’m now driving that way in the mornings and my local Bulverde DD is somewhere I refuse to go, and lo and behold, service was CORRECT, HOT, AND FRIENDLY!? Wow! The next time I went I got more than just individual breakfast and again, perfect and fast service. This last time -which won’t be my last time- I had had some guy try to road rage on me so I was a bit shaken up and didn’t order ahead, and didn’t know how to pay via app at the window with cash, and not only did Miss Awesome explain everything and get my order right and hot once again, she also empathized when I apologized for being so out of sorts at the menu board and window, very sweet and seemingly natural for her (probably because she’s not from here, the city of a hole drivers, yay!), tho not necessarily in her job description. I definitely appreciate her and will recommend to management GIVE HER A RAISE without any extra work, once I go by again and get her name!

Greeted with a smile. In town for graduation and the daddy daughter donut Saturday was successful because of this awesome place that had 3 employees all very kind that greeted me instantly upon coming through the door. Coffee was very good (way better than the Shipley on Huebner that I'm "drinking" right now). Almost drove here from the Huebner Shipley's, but the Dunkin' location on Huebner saved the day.

The manager is great! The customer service is amazing!!!! I arrive super early the line is long but it doesn’t take long to get your drink. It is always correct and they are super sweet here

I've been going to this Dunkin' since they've opened and they never disappoint. Just today, my order was wrong but they were so gracious and helpful when I noticed. They were kind and found humor in it, which I enjoyed because I'm always afraid of being "those people" who complain about their orders. But they were kind and great. They always are. Curbside is very quick. Coffee is always great. Tea is always great! Great location and staff!
