Subway

We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.

We went during thunder over Louisville, the staff was really nice and welcoming. We a full meal with drinks and cookies all for 16 dollars. Clean restrooms and a great lobby. Would recommend and come here again.

Ordered online, went to go pick up my order and Kenzie explained that they were out of the bread I had ordered. She was super sweet and polite. I left with the sandwich I ordered and a smile on my face. Kenzie is great at her job!

This place was crazy. If you do not like kids, it's not the place for you. If you like great service, excellent food, and a family friendly environment. Then this is your place. Because of it's location. It can get very busy but the staff keep up with it and made some great food. I did my order in the app and watched it being made. They were very busy with the line but my sandwich was on time. I did not check the bathroom or handicap accessibility.

Mad props and proses to the gals working today! I came in with a group of about 20 teenage boys in front of me… not once did the team lose their cool. I would’ve!

And after they got through them, they still made me a delicious sandwich. Good people deserve good praise!!!

I was here during "thunder over Louisville" so needless to say, it was SUPER packed. The line wrapped around at the wall all the way back to the tables. Even with this long line, the professionals behind the counter conducted themselves as one cohesive machine. It was no time before it was my turn at the counter. At every station I was greeted with a smile. Managers from other establishments should send their new hires to this place to observe how teams can operate as one.

Awesome costumer service! Great food & a very clean environment. The manager Casey is professional, friendly and always makes himself available. I will continue to enjoy my lunch at this establishment while visiting the science center.

They can get a little busy for lunch but they work through the line quickly and with a great attitude. :-). They are just a subway but a good one and one of the few places in this part of downtown with a reasonably priced lunch menu.

My favorite Subway to visit. Great location, great service and food. I recommend it for lunch any day. Love to see the boss working hard along side the employees. That Dedication means a lot to quality service.

By far, probably the best Subway I've been to in the country. The location is connected to the Louisville Science Center. The staff is friendly and detail oriented and even allowed children to put in their orders. There is a great level of communication between them when passing on jobs to one another so that things stay in order. All people, including the manager, stayed busy during my visit whether it was cleaning the dining area or preparing for the next group of customers. Overall, great stop and I definitely recommend dining in.

Super happy with our service—our sandwiches were made quickly and the produce was much more fresh than the subway in my hometown. The staff was friendly and efficient! Thank you!

A well oiled machine. Hands-down the best service Ive gotten at any Subway. Even during the lunch rush, no issues presented. Give these guys and gals a raise!

Had a great experience ordering 200 sandwiches for an event- they were even early! Could not have gone better and will never use another Subway for catering orders again.

Always friendly staff and clean dining room

Its subway lol.... haven't had any problems there so far. Its clean, bathroom could use some love but other wise its good.

Even with a long line there was not a long wait. The crew efficiently took orders, made subs, and took payment quickly and accurately.

Good sub ate fresh. Held a business meeting at this restaurant’s facilities and it was much quality. Will hold more secret meetings in the future xoxoxooxo

Anita and Susan we’re both very good employees,Anita was so welcoming and helpful even with my rowdy bunch of kids and not usually eating at this chain.

This Subway is the best! Friendly service, excellent food preparation, and lower prices than the other downtown Subway.
