Very calm when we came to get food. Sad there was one pizza left for the night.. the quality of the taste of this pizza has gone down. It used to be full of more variety and flavor. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich and wasn’t happy with the way of the order was made (added so much lettuce) along with a quest behind me being served faster because of the rush she was in. The $5 cookie was great!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! We placed an online order by 8:20 PM and it stated that our order would be ready by 8:40 PM. We were in the restaurant by 8:30 PM and at 8:55 PM. The restaurant staff refused to fulfill our order, even though it had already been paid for. They flat out refused to give us service, stated go ahead and call SUBWAY® corporate and get your money back! We requested to speak to the manager and another person came out, and they literally said the same thing and refused to fulfill our order. And requested that we leave . They stated we ordered too late but I have photo documentation that states otherwise. The order says filled but they REFUSED to make the food. They should not be allowed to own a business!! I reported them to the BBB and filed a fraud claim with the federal trade commission! The staff at Norton Children’s Hospital warned us they’re SO RUDE and have literally yelled at them in line asking WHAT DO YOU WANT!! Completely unacceptable.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Service is horrible even the owners kids are rude when they are working. The other staff does not listen if you ask for everything but pickle, they put extra pickle and want to argue with you when you try and correct them. They just wrap it up and that’s it. They know the parents are stuck eating there. Shameful not somewhere you want to take your kids for a positive outcome.

At 8:30 go to Subway in NCH. Guy is making a sandwich with the guy in front of me. Starts prepping my food, goes and finishes the guy in front of me checking him out. Then with my food still on the prep table stands back and says “We are closed”. Myself and two other people after standing there 15min while he tries to make someone’s sandwich had to walk away, with my food still sitting in the prep table and 10 min early. Parents who want to stay close to their kids and not starve have limited options.

If I couldn’t give zeros I would. Stood behind someone for 20 min while they screwed up their sandwich, they literally had my sandwich sitting there ready for toppings. After they fixed person in front of mrs sandwich, they looked at me and told me they were closed!! Started closing while my sandwich sat there! Absolutely horrible

If I had the option to leave 0 stars I would cause this is by far the worst place I have ever been. The employees there are very rude and hateful. They are definitely not people persons. They need to learn some manners and need attitude adjustments cause they are horrible. Us parents who are staying here with our sick kids shouldn't have to deal with their rudeness. If you don't like your job then find something else.

Bread was beyond stale, shift lead was rude, employees were incompetent. Charged $28+ for a footlong and a 6" + 2 drinks. So either incompetent or ripping people off. Worker cut sandwich using a dirty knife.

Close this place down.

Giving a 1 star when should be a 0. Laziest workers I’ve ever seen. Bad attitude. Dirty tables and trash when restaurant empty. You can tell the workers don’t do nothing but sit and gossip about the customers coming in. When we walked in 3 were sitting at the table eating and didn’t bother getting up. Was whispering about us too. We ended up leaving. Went back next day they acted like we was a burden and made our sandwiches extra sloppy. Total was 42.00 when on app was 29. Guess prolly paid for a workers food too. Wasn’t given a receipt. Being located in a children’s hospital, you’d think they would be compassionate and caring. Just lazy and rude. Do better Subway!

Why ask what type of bread you like and then when you say which kind you get told there is only one type of bread. Like what’s the point of that. Should’ve started with the only type of bread we have is one kind. Also when we said which type of meats we wanted only got told there wasn’t a specific type of meat and then also there wasn’t any mayo at all but didn’t get told until we asked for it. Definitely unacceptable. Worst of the worst i have ever seen and been to. Definitely will never eat here again. Unfortunately this time we didn’t have much of a choice. DO BETTER SUBWAY AND EMPLOYEES

Some of the rudest staff, all wearing headphones not paying a lick of attention to what you are ordering. Out of lettuce, soft drink machine out of Coke, dirty tables. Norton Children’s Hospital should definitely intervene. Rude staff does not belong in a Children’s Hospital. Deserves 0 stars. Do better Subway and Norton’s.

I had a horrible time getting my order submitted and once submitted realized wrong address but the phone number for store wasn't correct so after calling doordash had to cancel said I would get money on original payment within 7 days it's going on 3 weeks still no refund I've called customer support only get recording and take to this store who basically tells me nothing they can do. I have sent probably 5 or more emails.At this point they have stolen 35.82 from me and cause me to go negative a bunch of crooks is what this is.

I get the feeling these sandwich makers hate their life, which spills out to their terrible customer service. Probably the rudest interaction I’ve ever had with a stranger, and it’s at the bottom of a children’s hospital. Absolute disgrace as an employee let alone a human.

It's a bit aggravating when your stuck staying in a hospital and they advertise that they close at 9pm, you go down there at 8:40pm and they tell you they're closed... all I wanted was a drink. I've managed restaurants, when your store closes at a certain time, it's that time on the dot not 20 minutes before. This is ridiculous dude.

The staff working this location are very rude and have terrible attitudes! This location is in a children's hospital, you can only imagine that the customers are going through possible traumatic life events with a child! Please be kind
