First visit at this location and it was great. Super friendly staff and fast service! Clean and tidy. The food was excellent and my wife absolutely loves the chili!
We will definitely be back! Try it out. I don't remember the name of the sub I had but it has 4-5 different meats.

Potbelly (this one is downtown on 4th street) is more than just another lunch place; it's become one of my go-to spot hands down when I’m in the mood for a sandwich, especially their Steakhouse Beef. Their toasted sandwiches have always been a hit, and recently, they added a breakfast menu that caught me by surprise. But what makes Potbelly truly the best is the staff. They're not just friendly; they genuinely seem to care about making your visit enjoyable. Plus they’re fast at getting people in and out. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!

First time eating at Potbelly's and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the Chicken Club sandwich and the employees were friendly. This is a neat area too.

Food is amazing, but they give me the wrong soup sometimes. Check your order before you leave! The food is delicious, though. Edit: This actually hasn't happened in a while now. I eat here at least once a week, my favorite place for a sandwich and soup. Can't go wrong with any of them.

First time having Potbelly, and it was phenomenal. About the same amount you’d spend at Subway or Jersey Mike’s and much better flavor. Definitely will come back. I’d recommend the Chicken Club with ranch.

Very friendly people. Sandwiches are excellent. Even if line is long, stay. The food prep is fast and does not take long to get through.

This was my lunch while I was at work. First I have ever been to this place and the service was fast and well done! Not super expensive and very filling considering the portion! I recommend it!

Great food and fast service despite how crazy busy they were. I would recommend the BLTA.

Rating this five stars for their flexibility: I requested a sandwich that was a combination of two of their other sandwiches, and they happily worked with that. And they still managed to be getting things done quickly -- there was a line of maybe 8 people, but that line moved quickly. Their prices are also a little better than most of the other options in the neighborhood.
(Note that getting the chips and drink is tasty and yummy ... And was about 30% of the cost, especially because I got the special lemonade.)

My request was creating something vegan: I asked if they would take their "veggie melt" and replace the 3 cheeses with peppers and artichoke hearts. It was very good.

Very welcoming atmosphere! Employees were very nice and attentive. The prices weren't too high but as expected for the area.

Workplace bought everyone lunch. Food is delicious. Highly recommend it. Had the Italian and the Loaded Baked Potato Spup.

Wasn't expecting much when we first entered but was proven wrong quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and original. The line was very long but took less than three minutes to be served. Staff was courteous, restaurant was clean, and organized. If I'm ever back in this area, definitely on the list to go back to.

This place did not disappoint Demetrious suggested our sandwiches because we asked what was best. The staff was very friendly. The food was so good! 10/10 recommend!
