We built our house 8 years ago and quite a few of the contractors our builder hired were sloppy and inattentive to our needs. This was one of the easiest contractors I have ever dealt with. We needed a company to do our kitchen backsplash in our new construction home. I called Mark and he answered right away, helped answer our questions and got a quote / timeline out to us very quickly. He gave us a timeline of when they can install and stuck to that exact timeline.

Shannon did our tile work and it turned out 10 times better than we could have ever hoped for or expected. Very nice guy, very professional and does absolutely fantastic work! He knew exactly what to do with some of the bullnose edges around window casings, etc. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Based on very recent experiences, all tile installers are not equal.

Earlier this year Millot’s sub Shannon rescued a botched backsplash project – and I could not be happier with the results! We received top-notch customer service and workmanship. Shannon was responsive, communicative, trustworthy, and deliberate with measurements, tile cuts, and placement. He covered floors and surfaces to prevent potential damage, and never left for the day without tidying up the workspace! The price was very reasonable. Shannon’s integrity and overall attention to detail was appreciated.

From estimate to completed job, it was a pleasure working with Mark and his team! My kitchen backsplash is absolutely gorgeous! Workmanship was excellent at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Millot Tile!
