Just found out that this store is “Under new management “ and just had a great experience getting a phone and home internet from there. Zero issues, employees were very professional and helpful.

For one, it's in the parking lot where food city is located.
It is amazing customer service she was awesome she was pregnant. I can't think of her name right now, she's amazing. Thank you for helping my mom. She had a very unique name🤩😁. My mother's phone got stolen and the lady help my mom transfer Her phone from Cox that couldn't help her, too. To metro and get her a new Pho never helped my mother. That day, the people were making phone calls with my mom's number.
