We visited this cricket location due to having issues with connecting and transferring the line to a new phone, Amy was amazing, very knowledgeable about the apple products, very professional, kind and friendly, outstanding customer service. I just love when I receive great customer service. She made our day. Blessings to Amy :)

Angeles was friendly, attentive and listened to our concerns. Although she was training, she handled our situation professionally with care. We appreciate the excellent communication between manager Lorena, Angeles and with us. We almost switched over our service because of the unresolve we've had all morning with customer service taking time and money away from our day (nearly 5 hours). Long story short Lorena and Angeles were able to aid us and give us information that we needed. Thank you ladies this is one of the best crickets we have been to as 5 year customers.

John was my sales rep and he was awesome. He was outgoing, fun, knowledgeable and very helpful. I think it was the district manager who brought my phone from another store and he was very customer oriented. He made sure I had a case and screen protector before I left. He was personable and made me feel like I was with friends.
Awesome job guys, good customer service is very hard to find. Keep it up.
