Manager made me feel very safe

Good service in a bad neighborhood

I went there to buy a hot chocolate and the machine was in need of milk refill , I ask the cashier ( Indian guy) his name starts with K I don’t remember the entire name and he gave me a bad attitude and refused to refill the milk , also he was in his cell phone . Very bad experience!!

Great seven eleven values however I was banned from the store as a customer on the basis I ask for seven eleven customer service instead of individual customer service as in those mom and pop gas station. Great seven eleven experience until you walk to the cash register.

I would prefer to not rate this establishment but I would like to mention that today I got robbed with prices on items on this place. $16 for a foam cooler. I request a manager to refund this item. The cashier said manager wasn’t in the building. This place is the worst. Please don’t make this owner rich making purchases in this place. The worst 7/11 I ever visit.

I wish I could put a zero star. This one guy closes at midnight and will deny everyone that walks up and supposed to be a 24-hour gas station and denied three people to try to come in. He said no with his hands Gesturing no which is messed up so we have to go out of our way to go get what we need

If I could give a minus rating I would. My brother was killed at this store (900 Valley Ridge Blvd) n April 20, 2020. The owner did not provide protection for him working overnight. There was suppose to be two people working but they protected their family and scheduled him to work alone. They cannot be sued because of TX laws but, they are accountable. They cleaned up the blood and opened the store and didn't miss any money but my sisters and nieces have loss of beloved family members. 💙

I frequent this location a lot because of convenience. All of the employees behave about the same. Super cocky and smug
Dont look you the eyes. More than once dude actually wouldn't reach and grab my item I put on the counter, rather looked elsewhere, at nothing, whilst holding his hand out waiting for me to pick it back up and place it in his hand. They will walk off and become busy the moment you walk towards register. I always just smile. I find their attitudes comical. Terrible experience though.

The staff do not take COVID seriously. They do not enforce mask wearing, or social distancing. The cashiers themselves do not wear masks over their noses. I will not be returning, even if/when I get vaccinated.

The cashiers steal from customer transactions..I will stop going to that location... Not fair stealing even if it's a dollar... Everyone should ask for a receipt

The only 7-Eleven that is not 24hrs. Change your signs that say you are update Google as well

This old Indian guy that works here got a bad attitude!!! I've seen several people walk out over my three pit stops here.... for wrong prices& for Card issues all kinds of stuff....SMH

Not spending $30 in store here and there anymore. Reason: They pock and choose when to add cash on cash app. Naw I'll avoid 7-11 .

Came after work at 2am and the guy had the doors locked and refused to serve me. “24 hours”

Arrived at this location at 1am. The doors were locked and there was a car at the 7/11 presumed to be the worker. I tried to call and knock but no answer. My guess he or she is asleep...

Place really has gone downhill. Pizza looks old or burnt. Bathroom never has soap or hand sanitizer.
