My visit at Mike Alsop was very pleasant and professional. With welcoming assistance when I entered one hour prior to my scheduled test drive, Jarod took great care of me, showing me the car as soon as he was available, going over every detail of the model I was interested in. After the test drive was over, he handed everything over to Nick, who was extremely nice and patient. Receiving the quote, the greatest surprise was not finding any additional unrequested warranties or security systems. We struck a great deal, even including a scratch repaint for free! Post-purchase assistance was even more amazing: had a minor problem with the newly purchased vehicle and they promptly allowed me to bring it on the closest available day; within 9 hours the car was ready and taken care of at no cost, even going as far as keeping the ticket open for eventual future related problems.

He knows what he’s talking about, is honest, helps in any way he can, and makes everyone feel welcome. Just had my breaks done and an oil change, and my car is doing amazing. I couldn’t promote Mr. Heide’s service center more.

First of all, hands down, the best customer service from salesman all the way up! Chris is so welcoming and polite! He made sure I knew all the different buttons and settings in the vehicle before I test drove it so I could be comfortable while driving. He is fantastic! Nick in Finance worked magic to get me set up with a payment within my budget range. He is truly a master of the craft!! I bought a car from Mike Alsop today and I can’t say enough of good things about them. Jarod my salesman was great! The finance guy, Nick, made me a super deal. These people really know how to treat customers. They made it so easy. I will refer all of my friends to Jarod. He went over everything in the vehicle, twice, because I didn’t catch it all the first time. He was so patient with me and he got everything set up in the vehicle for me. They were super! Everyone there that I had contact with made me feel special. No wonder so many people buy from them. They treat you like family.

This is such a good dealership! I brought in a trade and the general manager Nick went above and beyond to make the deal work within my budget. He was able to give me more than I thought possible and I left with a new to me car! The car has been great and I couldn’t be happier!
