DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

If you're looking for shoes this is the place to come. They have a truly ridiculous amount an assortment to choose from. I would say 20 to 30% of the stores dedicated to men the other 70% is all ladies. They do have accessories as well and children's shoes.

The New Balance store down the road didn't have a huge selection. Luckily found something I liked here. Friendly staff too.

Visited store in short pump area near cox road. Purchased 3 pairs of designer shoes for 50 to 75% off. Nike, Uggs,and crocs.

Great selection, a little pricey but had more than what I needed, Lizzy was AWESOME and got me signed up for membership perks!!!

Great place for variety and pricing. There is a great clearance section o. The back. Also have handbags and a nice selection of socks

The place to go when you need to see a variety of shoe styles quickly. Name brands. Good prices. Easy return policy if you buy online. They do a great job tailoring their shoe selection for the local area. Good coupons. Helpful, efficient staff.

Great products. A bit pricey for regular priced items but the clearance prices are nice. They also can order and ship to home

The manager was very helpful in assisting me with exchanging my Essex Lane heels. Most times stores make it very difficult or impossible for you to return products but Ms. Laverne was very understanding and kind. The cashier Steven was very nice as well. I will definitely return.

I had a small window to shop. Everything was neat and orderly so I was able to go straight to the section I was interested in and locate exactly what I was looking for in my size - and on sale! WINNING! Friendly staff reminded me of my birthday discount! WINNING MORE! Great experience.

Rating the store/employees as the DSW marketing scheme over the years has declined. The store is well organized + clean with more than ample parking. The employees are the real stars!

I recently visited another location and realized how much my local DSW has been spoiling me. I am a shoe lover and visit this location regularly. Large selection of shoes of course but always stocked up on sizes and I find something new every time (almost every other week) I visit. Neat and organized. Lines are usually not a big issue here.

Love this place! Always find a bargain and great shoes to fit my tricky feet. It's our first stop for everything. Love ordering online because I can return here too. Convenient. Easy parking. Nice staff.

My name is Matt and I just wanted to take a few minutes to recognize two of the best employees I've probably ever come in contact with. The managers name was Susanne and the associates name was Steven. By far the best customer service I've ever received. It was at the Broad st. Location in the West End of Henrico in Virginia. I came in with about 20 minutes left before closing and wanted to return a $200 pair of Cole Hann oxfords for a half size up and they were sold out, so Steven greeted me with a great personality and was engaging with every customer before and after me in an extremely positive and comedic attitude then he asked what he could help me with and got his manager Susanne to help further because he was relatively new I believe, so he took over the line and Susanne assisted me by calling the online ordering facility to get the correct size ordered in to me and stayed on the phone for about 20 minutes after closing making sure it was the correct size and color and apologized multiple times because she felt she was taking up my time but in all actuality her and her associate were putting on a clinic of how all businesses should be run by displaying the most outstanding customer service I've ever received. I'm a service center manager who deals with customers all day long and my mother was the regional manager of David's bridal for over 15 years and I think she would have loved to have seen this. It was exceptional and a major blessing to see and experience. I will never forget it and because of Susanne and Steven I will never hesitate to travel out of my way to visit the Broad Street location. Thank you so much DSW, Susanne and Steven!!!

They carry quality, name brand shoes at reduced prices. If you find a shoe you like but isn't in your size, they will have it sent to the store for you to try with no obligation to buy. Their reduced section contains truly amazing discounts. A quick internet search while shopping lets you know just how good a bargain you're getting. I really needed new boots &fell in love with a pair of boots that were offered online between $260-350. They started at $260 (w/a MSRP of $399) at DSW, but were discounted 50% off ($130), and discounted 25% for their boot sale, resulting in a final price of $98. These same boots were sold out on many websites, but for $260+, which although worth the money, I would never have considered buying at that price, even for their amazing Italian leather. Additionally, as a rewards member, you earn $10 for every $150 spent. Sometimes they send coupons for double points & an extra $10 off.

They have the best customer service and deals!! I just bought a $90 pair shoes and with, sale, bonus points and offers got it for $14+tax!! Can't beat that.

Atmosphere is great, employees were quite friendly as well! Signage could be a little better, otherwise I'll be back for my purchases
