20240402 The barista was very polite, helpful and attentive. They have the Alabama Been There mugs! The Honey Citrus Mint tea was good.

It was Friday and the place was a little busy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a Caramel Machado and a Sausage Biscuit. The Machado was really sweet, I think they added extra squirts of the Machado sauce. Other than that, everything was good 👍 they also used to play country music in the store, but today they had some hippie stuff! Bring back the country music please 🙏

Everyone who worked at this location on 2/25/24 needs a raise. This place was insanely busy. Like New York City Starbucks busy. And they all were patient, professional, and kind during the madness. Everyone in town was there trying to get coffee and they pumped it out as quickly as they could. The girl running the show was great. And the team was as well. Of course there were a few jerks there who thought it was a crisis their coffee wasn’t ready in 5 min. But hey, this is America, most people act like that unfortunately.

I love Starbucks! I have to order almond milk or oatmeal milk and they always get my order right. We also love the cheese danishes and the iced lemon pound cake as well. This is my favorite location in Birmingham! 🩵

Went to try the new spicy dragonfruit refresher. It was amazing and service was great at this location.

Update: the management has turned this around and I am now able to order ahead again!!! Great job

The employees have all been amazing when I've gone inside. However, I normally order ahead and pick up my order. I'll start off by telling you my account currently has 1905 stars. I'm not writing this to get free stars. Because I order everyday, I have plenty of opportunities to get more stars on my app. I get Starbucks every morning. I can't anymore because Order ahead has been turned off at this location and I don't have the time to wait 25 minutes in the drive through. Unfortunately, the last few times i did order ahead I placed my order at 8:10 a.m. and it wasn't ready until 8:37 a.m. The problem with this location is apparently mismanagement of labor: understaffed. As a district manager of stores across the country, I understand recruiting and hiring is very difficult. That said, I don't think that means you simply accept that and continue to deliver unacceptable service. I have been through airports in Dallas, Charlotte, DC, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Des Moines... takes me on average about 10 minutes to go through the line and get my order. I hate having to post this as again, the employees have been very friendly when I've gone inside. I think the store manager needs to consider what's going to drive business... or drive it away.

Fast and friendly. From the young guy who took my detailed (lol) order to the super kind Brenlie who made my drinks (and adjusted something I forgot to ask for while giving my order), everything was nice and efficient. If you want Starbucks, this place is the place to go around here!

Galaxy is an amazing associate, his energy is unmatched.

I don’t normally review big chains because you should know what to expect, but today was different. I am writing this review because of the wonderful staff. I came in with my own tumbler and asked for some Pike place. There wasn’t any left and they needed to brew some more. The barista immediately started brewing more coffee and apologized for the wait. They were so friendly and a joy to be around. No offense to Starbucks but this review is more for the wonderful barista. Enjoy your next trip to this establishment and I hope you get the barista I got:)

THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER. They’re so fast. After we ordered, we got our food and drinks within a minute or two. The past two times I have been here they have been very sweet.

A while back though I was going to put my mask on as I was walking in (and talking on the phone) and a worker screamed at me to put my mask on (as I was putting it on!!) but other than that I’ve had good experiences. If you are “fully vaccinated” you don’t have to wear a mask anymore though lol.

Went through the drive thru and got a frap and a croissant. The frap was excellent and the girl at the window was very pleasant for being the only person there at that time. Her coworker was running behind schedule. Some days this starbucks hardly ever opens on time.

Great location! Not a large place. There is outdoor seating, but I have gone and not had a place to sit.

Did drive thru. Customer service just great. Food was great just need a bigger portion.

The cashier this morning was so friendly and courteous. Even though she was wearing her mask I could see her bright smile shining through. Always get great service at this location...thanks 😊

Very friendly, considerate staff. Customer service = 💯. Not a frequenter of Starbucks but if I'm ever looking for a 900-calorie cup of coffee, I'll definitely be back. (😄 I keed, I keed - they're great.)
