Bought my Bronco from this dealer. The sales staff was friendly and communicated while I waited on my Bronco to be built. I paid for the service warranty that includes oil changes, tires and other miscellaneous repairs. Best money spent. I have had excellent experiences with the people who service my car. For some odd reason my good becomes lose and vibrates, they adjust it no questions asked.
Originally, I went to north country ford, the salesman looked at me like I had no business looking at expensive cars. I vowed to never go to that dealer. Their loss. I have had nothing but positive interactions with New Brighton Ford..

Couldn’t be happier. From our salesman Martin , to Jason and Luke helping us get out the door the experience couldn’t have gone better. Even with 2 kids running around all over the place they were patient , friendly and thorough throughout the process .

Bobby Grado was excellent! Bobby called in late August to see if we still had interest in a Ford Maverick. We had called before, but had twice missed the limited ordering window. So I went to see one that was on the showroom floor and ordered one that same day. We wanted a hybrid model and initially were not anticipating it to be built and delivered for 2 years. Fast forward to mid-March (7 months) and Bobby calls again telling us that Ford has sent them a build date of April 12th. Were not expecting it till June. Bobby calls this past Monday (May 13th) and tells me out Maverick had arrived! Picked it up the next day! Thanks Bobby for all of your help! We are enjoying our new Maverick!

Ordered my first vehicle but not the first car from New Brighton Ford. My experience has always been fantastic. I am ALWAYS taken care of and treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. Brad and Sean were fantastic. My entire Family has been lifelong Tousley/Autonation loyalists for 40+ years. The manager we love left and I didn’t feel that same connection anymore. Just bought a new vehicle! My sales guy Drake was really knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. RJ (the sales manager) made making the deal way smoother than my past experiences at other dealers. Tom the Finance guy made the loan part easy. Great experience!

Orlando was really helpful in keeping me updated on my vehicle’s progress. They even dropped my vehicle off at my house after it was fixed so I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride to the dealership. My junky old Focus feels like a whole new car now. I had a five star experience!

Bought a used Mustang Mach-E in 2023. Had some issues within the first two weeks of ownership, but the service dept worked hard at clearing up the issues and gave me a loaner car during that time.
Since then, my routine checkups and surprise service appointments have always gone well with great communication from the team about expectations and timelines. I’m very pleased with this dealership & their service dept!

I brought my '13 F-150 in for Lead Frame issue and had them resolve my failed attempt at the Vacuum pump. Orlando took care of the entire situation for me and set me up with a loaner so that I could keep commuting for work. Big thanks to Mike doing the wrenching, on two jobs I didn't want to tackle! Definitely made my 1st experience a great one!

Jack in the service area is a pro! We had my truck in a few times for the same issue …it was tricky to diagnose. Each time I came in, he listened, worked quickly to get help and was invested in solving the problem. Just a great talent.

I bought a certified Bronco Sport from New Brighton Ford and from beginning to end the car buying experience was great. David Z. the salesman was helpful and informative. I got the vehicle I wanted and they were very fair on the tradein. This wasn't the first dealership I went to shopping for the Bronco Sport, but it was by far the best.

First time at New Brighton Ford and I will be back. Easy online scheduling, helpful staff who kept me informed and helped with decisions needed, timely service. Also plan to take advantage of their ride service.
