VIP Tires & Service

It was my first experience getting service done at VIP, and they were nothing but helpful, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. They completed my services (inspection and oil change) very quickly, but also with great quality. Even though I know they were super busy, they took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. They even fixed my car key buttons without me asking (and at no cost) and I was super appreciative of this! I will definitely be coming back for future services.

I have been to two VIPs up here in Maine. Farmingdale and Bath. Both are consistent and fair. The prices are reasonable. Bath always treated me very well, but I changed jobs and started using Farmingdale. Eric, Susan and Dustin have been great! Dustin is a hardworking, honest mechanic and a real find! In Bath, Richard and Ian were stand up guys who always delivered excellent results! Bravo VIP!

This is actually the first and probably only time ever I shall be leaving a rating for anything. But, this time, it is truly warranted. It may have been just an oil change, but the service desk technicians were not only professional and proficient, but were also extremely knowledgeable and downright enjoyable to be around. The oil change itself was done efficiently and quickly. The bonus was leaving there in no time at all, chuckling as I walked out the door! Thanks for the smiles and the positive experience!

It's always a hard hit when your vehicle needs it's first major repair. Excellent customer service does soften that blow significantly though. Very kind and understanding staff. Eric was quick with following up and keeping me updated through the process. I would definitely recommend!

Learned a lot about VIP in my two visits, that they have a whole selection of tools that you can use and not have to buy as a courtesy to their customers. Plus I got the best tires I have ever owned. The guys working the department we're super fun and friendly and knew what I was looking for. They weren't the least expensive, however they price them extremely fairly to get my business and I knew the minute I drove down the road on them they were one heck of a tire. Thanks a lot I'll definitely be back.

I cannot think of a time when I have been to the VIP in Farmingdale Maine where they haven't been kind, considerate, and absolutely over the top helpful. They do whatever they can to help out anyone who needs their expertise. And it's what keeps me coming back to my "local mechanic". I 100% recommend them for any of your automotive needs. Be it tire related, oil changes, fluid change-outs, or something as simple as a vehicle inspection.

My vehicle became disabled secondary to mechanical failure on a Saturday afternoon.. VIP was open, quickly diagnosed, repaired,and had me back on the road in no time. The tech was courteous and professional Thank you VIP for coming to the rescue.

Excellent and efficient service as usual. This is the 2nd time I have been in a bind for needed car repairs/service and VIP came to my rescue. I will be using this VIP for all my car needs/services. Thank you!

I came because my car was making a loud, grinding noise. Luckily, it was only a tree branch somehow wedged beneath the car. The staff was wonderful in setting up an appointment and called me at work within minutes of the time scheduled to check the car. The best part was that it felt like family since I found some old friends working there and made some new ones. This location has always been fabulous whenever I have had a problem in the past. They deserve five stars.

Since my first experience with VIP, I have been nothing but impressed with the Customer Service. They provide quick, friendly, professional service and go above and beyond what may initially be asked of them.
They treat you with respect and I have always left totally satisfied with the work provide. They are my new GoTo auto service provider.

I followed Eric from the Augusta location to Farmingdale and find that he and Rob run an outstanding operation. They tell me straight if theres an issue and have helped me out of a few binds. Great team!

They were able to see me on less than an hours notice to get my car fixed after it overheated and Rob fixed it perfectly. Everyone there from the tech on the phone to the woman who checked me out are absolutely amazing. Only place I trust to take my car! Thank you guys so much again

VIP was great in helping me get a new battery in a matter of an hour. The customer service and mechanics were great to work with. Highly recommended!

Great service and friendly staff. They were able to quickly get me and my partners vehicles in and out several times these past two weeks.

I called the shop and was greeted with polite customer service asking me to hold and the counter person was quick to take me off hold. I needed a last minute oil change and it was nearing the end of their business day. Not only did they get me in, but they got me in right away and I was in and out of the shop in about 20 minutes...with a hungry child. Even as they were getting close to closing, I was treated with kindness and fantastic customer service. They deserve this 5 star review.

I had spent a year chasing an oil leak, spending a lot of unnecessary money on gasket replacement and never solved the problem. The VIP mechanic traced it and repaired it the first time there while I waited in their comfortable waiting room. So glad I went there--just wish I had done that in the first place.

The service was prompt, professional and priced to please.

Down to earth staff that provide excellent service. They don't make me feel unintelligent when I ask questions, and provide the best service possible even when understaffed. One time an employee let my son borrow his personal phone charger so that his tablet wouldn't die while we were waiting for an oil change and school was unexpectedly cancelled. It meant so much and was above and beyond what I had expected.

Went to vip few months ago for an oil change and tire rotation they got me In for fast service and when I had made another appointment that I had to call back and cancel they were super friendly and helpful to get me rescheduled for my service !!
