Cobbossee Motel

Easy to check in, clean room with comfortable bed and good location near a wedding venue we attended. Surprisingly there were many amenities including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and free toiletries. Missed our flight the first night we were booked to stay in the motel and the manager let us use our one night deposit to pay for the second day (ie:we only had to pay for the single night we stayed vs the two nights we booked). We really appreciated this!

This hotel has a lot to be desired. If the manager likes you .you're fine. I find Aaron to be a bully. I was there 3 months. The 3 months that I was there. he would not have my Tv fixed. In the room. He told me to buy a fire stick. Kept claiming that the organization that was paying for my room was not. Here comes a clue .check your mailbox. You might be surprised you might find a payment. Told me I was going to have to move rooms at least four times. had me pack my room up. To only tell me that he decided not to move me. Not once not twice but four times. I find him to be a bully. The key card didn't work half the time . Because he would it shut off.

I have nothing bad to say!! The room is very clean and has everything you'd expect. Have more TV channels than a hotel we paid $50 more for! It's in a beautiful location. Crickets chirping and the little dipper in the sky. Doggie friendly. Great staff!

The rooms are clean. Comfortable beds with extremely clean linens. Helpful, courteous, friendly staff!
Quiet place to rest up. There's a grill with propane provided. The manager Aaron is extremely nice and very helpful!!! I will definitely book a return stay again in the future.

Very nice area. They have a great staff that will respond quickly to request. Felt safe taking my dog for a walk, even a 11 at night.

The check is was super easy for us as my boyfriend is handicapped ♿. They left the key for us, and charged our credit card later that night. They didn't attempt to bug us or hound us for the money. We checked out a little later than it said too and the owner was very understanding and didn't charge us a late fee. The housekeepers were VERY friendly and helpful with our TV and giving us more towels and things requested. 😀 VERY VERY clean rooms, good amount of space even for a wheelchair!. This Motel is super friendly and very clean, and deserves my money and 5 stars. Definitely will stay here again very soon. Thank you SO SO MUCH !!! 💓

I stay at the motel with my family and it has been a wonderful experience. The Office Manager Aaron is very kind and helpful. Quiet atmosphere. Our room is very comfortable and has a kitchen! Close to trails and the lakes. Best of all...pet friendly!!!!

I stay (exclusively) here a couple of nights each week, year round, and have nothing but nice things to say about the motel and the owners. It has become like a "second home" to me. I have everything I need in their rooms and I'm treated like family when I'm here. The rates are very reasonable, cable TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge......everything I would need. If you do need something the owners bend over backwards to assure that you're happy with your stay. I'm very happy with this motel and have made this the ONLY place I stay when in the greater Augusta area.

The rooms are very cozy. The entire motel is quiet & clean. Hospitality is above and beyond. Definitely will stay here again. The check-in process was very smooth!

Best place to stay in ME as far as I'm concerned. The manager has really turned this place around. If you want something home like and comfortable with easy access to the lakes and Capitol, this motel is perfect!

The current manager has done an amazing job with this place. It's cozy and tucked away from the highway so you can sit out and relax. If it's just for the weekend or an extended stay, I would highly recommend this motel!

Amazing place to stay! It was winter so the pool was closed. Pet and family friendly, HIGHLY recommend Cobbossee motel if you are in need of short or long term rental. They are fair and genuinely very nice.

Clean, spacious rooms, at a VERY reasonable price. Room layout was great. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Low budget but very clean and comfortable. The owners, who live on site, are very friendly and accommodating. Loved the convenience of having appliances and dinnerware in the room. I will stay there again.

Second time we go to the Cobbosse. Love this motel. Rooms are confortables and the pool is A1. The owners are really nice. We will come back next year.
