Very friendly and helpful staff. My 12 year old dog loved sniffing his way through the store and convincing the employees he needed 17 treats. I bought a cooling mat and he seems to like it so far.

The staff here are amazing, and the prices are usually less than if I were to order online. They have even special ordered a ruffwear lifevest for me!

The toys from here last long and have a good feel. I really like the soda can and lollipop toys they are the best.

Lucky dog outfitters is the best place to visit for your four legged friends. They have samples for you to try if you are trying to find the right food for your dog or cat that is particular about what they will eat.

Efia the woman working at the tacoma location who helped me with my doodle was amazing!!! she fitted him with a harness walked us around the store showed us all the products and answered all my questions !! She was super knowledgeable with everything! I had a horrible experience at a local pet store in my hometown it was a huge let down after we had just gotten a new puppy and was purchasing everything brand new. I’m grateful for LDO and the woman who had the best customer service definitely coming back!!

Very friendly staff my dogs love all the treats here and I was also able to find a hot pink jacket that actually fit my 4.5 lb Chihuahua

Just stocked up on doggy toys for the holidays! Felt good to be able to spoil all of them and get some holiday themed bandanas for them AND treats! Staff is always wonderful and bringing dogs in is absolutely welcome and even encouraged!

This is my third time to Lucky Dog. They have a great selection of toys and treats. The people are always super friendly and want to know about my pup. They even put his picture on their website when he was a cute little guy.

This is a fantastic place. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and very nice. Our dog loves to go there as he loves to sniff everything that's there. Prices are reasonable and have a good selection.

What a wonderful selection of toys, beds and treats for dogs and cats, along with exceptional service by the friendly staff. I had a rough day today, and the ladies at Lucky Dog made me feel so much better, making jokes and going out of their way to help me find a castle box for my cat. They even gave me a discount because it's his Birthday. It was a purrfect experience.😽

Love this place. It has unique, high quality treats, toys and apparel for dogs. It also has a little section for cats and every toy I've purchased from here my animals love. I bought a rain coat for my golden retriever over 3 years ago and it's still in perfect condition, and you know how it rains here in Washington! The staff is superb, too. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
