Mud Bay

The staff here are amazing. Another customer was harassing in the store and the staff quickly came to my aid and informed the customer that he is no longer welcome in the store. I'm glad to see Mud bay cares about the comfort and safety of their customers. If I could give them more stars I would.

This is my favorite pet store, and I feel I've tried them all! Good variety of minimal ingredient food options with competitive prices. Also, they return all items. I've never had any issues when my picky pet doesn't like something, and I want to return or exchange.

My very first time in here ..was AMAZING, customer service was excellent they came to me, the store IS CLEANER THAN A HUMAN FOOD STORE, no joke, I love this place going to go back when I have more time.

I came in hoping for advice regarding a health issue for my cat. The staff was genuinely caring, compassionate, exceedingly helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable. I have been buying all my cat food and supplies at Mud Bay for years, and I am more committted than ever to support this shop.

Always friendly. They do so well with my Charlie and feel so much more personable than the big corporate stores. This is where I do a huge portion of shopping for my brood.

Look, I'm just touristing in the Seattle area and I end up in Mud Bay buying $30 of the cutest freaking cat toys ever. If you're used to shopping in chain pet stores, I urge you to stop in here for a few minutes to see the difference. We're lucky enough to have a gem of a shop like this back home that sells only the highest quality pet food at competitive prices and is staffed with knowledgable, friendly employees who actually care about your pets. And best of all, they sell NO animals so they're not supporting any animal mills. (THANK YOU! ❤) Two paws up from me!

One of the best chains for pet care and the staff at Stadium really knows their stuff. If you're not sure of a product you can ask to pick someone's brain and they will make sure to point you to the staff member with the most experience using that product.

Mudbay is a fantastic local resource for healthy pet food and treats. You really get the sense that they care about the community's pets.

I like this place a lot! At the store, I mentioned of my dog's condition. The sales clark(a young dude) was very polite and sincere. He explained to me about benefits and functions of some dog food brands, which was very helpful. He also gave me several samples cuz I wanted to try different dog food (my dog seemed to be tired of the same food). He also added suppliment in case of my dog reacted to the new food. At the end, he told me I can return the food I bought today if it didn't fit with my dog (e.g., caused stomach upset). I just thought about the levels of his services is outstanding!! I got kicked out of a Korean restaurant after I put tips the other day (at Gangnum). l'd rather put tips to the guy's services at Mud Bay!!

I love Mud Bay. It's one of the only places that consistently has my dog's brand of food in stock, and i was surprised they are the cheapest! I order online and i walk my dog to go pick it up, which i love the curbside service. When i call, they meet me at the door, and The Empress usually gets a treat, which she loves. If we have to walk somewhere past Mud Bay, she still tries to stop to get her treat, both directions 😆 Can't fault her for trying. Staff is really friendly and nice. I judge people by how well my dog likes them and she would give them 4 paws up 🐾🐾

Super friendly staff. Was super excited to learn about their trial program with wet food for my cat. I am trying to change my cats food and I was informed that Mud Bay has a program that will comp cans of food for you until you find the perfect match.

Besides that the staff is always knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you’re looking for. The place is clean and well stocked, and if there is anything missing, there is usually a sign that gives you a heads up as to why it’s missing.

I love mud bay! I go to this location and the one in UP and neither disappoint! If you want to go somewhere with good products for your pets and knowledgeable and kind employees, this is it! One of our kitties has food allergies and the staff went above and beyond to help. They gave us samples of products to see what worked best for him and now he is doing much better and loves his quality food.

Not all pet stores have a good cat section. This store has an in-depth selection of toys, food, health and treats for felines! I bought a harness for my cat who is a rescued feral. She's trying to understand being able to come back in the house if she sneaks out...she wants to be in but likes a sniff of the outdoors. Mud Bay had FOUR different cat harnesses and several of the staff had great advice & first-hand experience.

The food selection for cats and dogs is excellent. All the high end brands are represented. I found a nice waterless shampoo for my senior dog and treats designed to prevent my cat's hairballs.

Parking can be tough - street only. Spaces in front of the store are back in only.
