In 2020, a lease that I got into from another Honda Dealership was just bad. I took a chance on Scott Clark Honda, and this incredible Dealership changed my thinking!! Dylan Ambroselli was genuine and easy to talk to. There was no pressure from him. Not one time did I feel that haggle nonsense. Dylan and the Finance Manager made my new lease on my new Honda HR-V EX-L a pleasant experience!! I can truly say, I was able to feel the excitement of a new car without regrets!! He found a car that I was comfortable with and I really love the color! Roy and Lupe were also very helpful and professional. Again, my experience with Scott Clark Honda was a pleasant one. They really took great care of me.

I came down to Scott Clark Honda to buy my 2019 Ford Explorer from East Tennessee! The service I received from the entire staff was phenomenal and worth the drive. Stormin Norman took me through the vehicle, showing me all the features, and we took a nice test drive. He was professional and helped me questions I had even after I got the car home days later. Hans was THE BEST person we could've hoped to work with when shopping for a car, so much that we left with TWO cars!! Haha... Not bc he was a pushy salesman, he was exactly the opposite. My husband and I took a couple of test drives and it was like Hans was just another friend riding in the backseat with us! He was the first person to jump up when we walked thru the door and greeted us with a friendly beautiful smile, he was very respectful and easy going throughout the whole process. I’m happy to say that I love this dealership they employees take good care with you they treat you like if you walk in to a Lexus dealership it’s an awesome dealership. I had a wonderful salesman that went above and beyond!! Travis Moffitt was patient showing me multiple cars and types of cars. I ended up buying a new 2025 Honda CRV. I had never even driven one before!! Go ask for Travis, he will not steer you the wrong way!!

I purchased my first brand new car with the help of Asel. She was absolutely amazing, made the experience so easy and smooth and got me in an awesome car for an even better deal. She showed me the car, the features, and got me some prices more quickly than other dealers would have. A couple months after purchasing the car, I needed to get my first service on my vehicle. I called and spoke with Seth in the service department who was very thorough in explaining what was recommended for my vehicle at its current mileage. He set my appointment for a day and time that worked best for me informed me of all my service details and contact information so I could receive reminders for the appointment and future appointments. When I came in for the service I was helped out by James Warren. James was very kind and made sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. He also informed me of future service recommendations so I am prepared for my next couple of services for my vehicle. Scott Clark Honda has done an amazing job from the moment I walked in their door. Even after the sale their amazing service team made sure my vehicle stays in amazing shape. I highly recommend Scott Clark, amazing service!

Scott Clark was able to get the CRV Touring urban grey, our local dealer said it would take six months to get it. Took Scott Clark one week. My wife purchased her last CRV from them as well. We are very happy with all our interactions with the staff.

Very easy shopping experience. Like most I started looking for a new car online. Found the car I liked and made an appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted at the door and let the lady know I had an appointment. Within minutes the salesperson was there. 1hr 45mins later I was driving home in my new car.

I have always been happy with my service from Scott Clark Honda and that was no different for this visit. My older Honda Element’s driver door window regulator had to be replaced and during the inspection, the technician found that the oil pan seal was leaking. The technician did a thorough inspection of the car and provided a video of what he saw underneath. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was provided with a rental car to use while the repairs were being done. I have a long-standing relationship with one of the service advisors, and he helped me get the repairs scheduled and completed on a Saturday. I was happy with my experience. My Element is almost 18 years old, so major repairs are not unexpected. The technicians at Scott Clark Honda have helped me take good care of my Element for many years.

Luis was very helpful and patient. I did my research before going to the lot and test drove 5 vehicles and looked at others. Luis has a positive attitude and easy to converse with. He was ready to answer all my questions or ask the service department for answers. The buying process was painless and everyone involved was very nice and helpful. It was my first buying experience with Scott Clark Honda and it was great - thanks to Luis!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! I was in and out in record time. Asel (sales person) was awesome and my finance guy was very thorough and fast!

The only complaint I have is that I have to go all the way back (an hour drive) just to program the spare key fob that I purchased. After spending that kind of money, I shouldn’t have to take time off work to drive all the way back there for a simple programming of a key fob only when it works for them, apparently only Wednesdays between 10-12.

Other than that, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership, and that does NOT happen often!

Loved the experience. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Ask for Jay! He was amazing. Jay makes you feel comfortable, answers all your questions, and it doesn’t pressure you into anything.
