Had an issue with my online pick up orders. David spent about 40 minutes with me, and eventually got the issues resolved. Thank you for the professionalism and the patience. Wonderful Best Buy. Thanks David!

The store associates were attentive and helpful. It was a pleasant experience, as they aren't heavily staffed and it's the holiday season. Best Buy is a great option when you want to have a hands on experience instead of purchasing electronics online.

Also the Installer James W. was extremely professional, polite and respectful of my home.

I went in this Best buy location, and Miguel helped me out thoroughly and with the utmost expertise. I was frustrated and needed a phone badly, and on the last minute of closing, Mr Miguel was patient, honest, and very professional. 5 stars for this location, and the help I received.

Folks at this store are great! The only thing missing is merchandise seems somewhat limited but that is due to supply chain never fully rebounding . American industry needs to step up and our government needs to wake up and provide U.S. companies incentives to build here especially in Tech world, A lot of talk but no real action so far.

Was looking at printers when I remembered Amazon's Prime Days was going on. The printer I had decided on did indeed have a Prime Days special price. Well, Best Buy obviously knew that because they had it on sale for the exact same price, and I bought the printer.

Best Buy was great! Wife and I got our zag shields replaced on both our phones for no charge. Now if we can just stop dropping them (that won’t happen…). Looked for some laptop accessories. They didn’t have what I needed but were very helpful and friendly! I have yet to have a bad experience in the multiple times I’ve shopped Best Buy (knock on my head)

We went to the Matthews, NC last night and had the best customer service experience we’ve ever had at a Bets Buy. Tachina went above and beyond to solve the issue we had. She was patient, resourceful and helped us resolve an issue that we’ve been working on for a month. My husband spoke to customer service multiple.tines and even went to the midtown store with no solution. Then we decided to go to the Matthews store last night because we have had good service there before and I’m so grateful we did. Tachina is amazing! We also were helped by her coworker Zach who helped us carry in the mirctowave that we needed assistance with. Zach was also very courteous and helpful as well.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. We were looking at the tvs.

Miguel was hands down the best person we've ever been helped by at Best Buy. He was super nice, friendly, made us feel welcome, and made purchasing a phone so easy it almost didn't seem right. I'm so glad we found him..or he found us. We appreciate your help and being an overall super nice person!

Check out the latest greatest TVs today. Was amazed at the quality of the pictures and the sound systems. Doing some preliminary reviewing before I purchase on good friday.

We went just the other day to purchase a laptop. They were quite busy so we did have to wait a while before an associate was able to assist us. Worth the wait! Aaron helped us out and was not only very good with customer service but was able to provide helpful and knowledgeable information about the products we were looking to purchase. He was able to help us make a truly informed decision. He needs a raise for his awesome work ethic and attitude! 🙌🏻

I wanted to upgrade my very old Samsung phone. We had just left our provider's store and I was unhappy with their pricing so stopped at the Matthews Best Buy store. Best Buy had a better price on the phone that I wanted and it was in stock so I decided to purchase it. Rick set up my sim card, transferred the data etc. He answered all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. In fact that Rick's customer service was so outstanding that we then purchased another phone, this one was for my wife. We also purchase all of the phone accessories for both phones and we are both pleased with the upgrade.

After shopping at 3 walmart stores and dealing with bad attitudes and dead weight employees I stopped at Best Buy and found a better deal and also some very knowledgeable employees with good attitudes. So glad I stopped there. If your looking for intelligent sales people go to Best Buy. Walmart is full of dead weight

Great experience here. Purchased a new tablet and Amber was able to help me out from start to finish! Happy they were able to have it all in stock and I could get it from the store too!
