I have a recall for my car and I choose this dealership , I was for the first time there and I can tell they are 100time better than nissan dealership in Lynnfield in route 1

I took my car in and it cost me 150.00 to find out my back up camera to replace will cost me 2000 to fix and when I came in to pick it up she said it’s right out front. So I go out and no car oh it’s on the other side.so I go out and finally find it and it’s all locked up so have go back and she doesn’t know where the key is finally the mechanic had it.
The day I had the car repaired, I received a 15% off coupon for service in the mail. I brought coupon to Luis but Nissan Danvers will not honor coupon! Lost respect for Nissan Danvers!

Service department could not tell me whether repair would be covered under warranty before they complete repair. Service manager told me repair might cost me $510.00! Truck has less than 3,000 miles on it! Truck has a manufacturer's defect caused by shotty assembly! Response to owner: Actually, anyone with half a brain could diagnose the issue is warranty-related WITHOUT disassembling a thing!
