My experience was wonderful. I reached out after receiving an unreasonable quote from another company, and I received help on a holiday. My house couldn't cool, and within an hour everything was working again. I would definitely refer this company to anyone who asks, and will definitely call again in the future.

Robby owens is very professional. Our house unit use to go up on 80 in the summer. He came and fixed our unit and on these hot days it hasn’t went up past 73. Robby Owens saved the day when he came out and repaired my heating unit. He made sure everything was running right and stands behind his work. He got the job done and even went above and beyond in staying as long as it took to get the job done. He never rushed to hurry to move onto the next job until he was satisfied and complete with what he started. He took the time to explain what he repaired and cleaned up his work area before leaving.

Our heating/AC system was 20 years old, and was on Its last leg. So I hired Robby and his crew to install a new self contained system. Their work was clean and professional; they used all solid pipe and sealed it all with mastic tape (not the flex pipe that duct tape that many use). And then Installed a new Electric shutoff box, fitted a metal cover to the unit and house where the pipes go under the house, landscaped all around the unit, and even replaced the skirting in that area. And the unit works great! I am very pleased, and highly recommend Airtek to anyone needing a new installation or service work.

I would recommend Airtek, Robby Owens, to anyone. He has always come to me when I’ve had a problem, even on a Sunday! When my unit went out ( it was 22+ years old) I let him know on a Saturday afternoon that I was ready for a new one. He was there on Tuesday measuring & there at 6AM Wednesday morning installing & I was cool Wednesday night! This was the middle of July & HOT!!! I trust Robby & he’s always straight up.

Our heat went out on a Saturday morning. After making a few calls to companies who were either not open on weekends or who wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money for a weekend call, someone recommended that we call AirTek. We called Robby just before lunchtime, and he was at our house within two hours.

Robby was incredibly helpful, honest, and hardworking. He thoroughly explained to us what the problem was, how to prevent it in the future, and what our most cost-efficient options were. He was not “out to get us” in his pricing, nor did he come across as trying to price gouge or be manipulative. We could tell that he was genuinely concerned with wanting to help us.

We plan on calling Robby for all of our HVAC needs in the future. After such a pleasant experience, we don’t want to do business with anyone else!

I had to get my ductwork replaced and Robby was really easy to work with. Though there were scheduling issues, he went out of his way to do good quality work.

was with using existing duct-work. some problems with the existing duck work were found during the install that they took care of with no additional cost to me. all workers took extra care upon entering my home and did an excellent job of cleanup after job was completed

Airtek is the best they have done numerous things for me. They have installed my A/C. They have installed all new piping and duct work under my house. And recently just came and clean the inside and outside coils at my house. I would Definitely recommend Robby and his crew.
