Porky's Truck Stop

Great truck stop that’s along with South of the Border. Very clean showers, plenty fuel lanes, restaurant, and a gift shop on the inside. We stop in often and each time it’s a pleasant experience. Also, there is plenty of parking. You can stay the night or park and walk around the area.

This place is fantastic- the whole place is . The retro atmosphere of the area is fantastic !! Some cool souvenirs and gag gifts — Definitely worth the time to stop and walk around !!

There are pot holes, but not many, and are easy to avoid. At 1AM, I went to take a shower. The door was locked, but for security reasons (that's the America we live in folks). She opened it, and I paid $8 for a hot shower. The shower has ventilation! Imagine that! The little restaurant has excellent chicken wings. I can't wait to get back in this area again.

Hidden jem. Too bad fuel desk isn't open like it used to be. The lot is large but does have large potholes. Still it is like a old school truck stop. Might be a good place to do a 34 hours rest in the summer. Lots of things to do for fun.

Old school Truckstop I did not go inside just used it as a place to park the truck and rest my head for a few hours. I’d def go back in the future and check it out some more

My husband and I visited Heavenly Wingz Thingz. We've returned several times.Note: Don't leave without ordering the Fried Wingz. Open for Breakfast and Lunch. Great prices! Excellent location: Hwy 501 & I-95, NC/SC border!

Not a review for the full truck stop, but for the "Heavenly Wingz and Thingz" place attached to it. This place opened last Sunday (June 18th) and it is phenomenal. The family that runs it is very nice and the wings are, wouldn't you guess it, heavenly. Definitely try the wings, chicken and rice, and top it off with some red velvet cake. Need some cheap but good breakfast? This is the place for you. Definitely stopping by any time I'm in the area.

This place is nice and small but the restaurant is open and they serve the best fried chicken in the area

I liked on here there's most the time parking available it doesn't get real pack very often but there was once in awhile it will be super swamped in here and you won't find the place in there to park but it's very rare. They have a really great steak house right across the street. Some people might think that it's little bit high on their prices. I've always had big portions of food especially their steaks and they're all you can eat salad.

Amazing little shop and convenient location. Awesome knick knack stuffs, will want to visit this area on my own time has great other things to see and try, just by looks.

I like this place a lot. I always stop here when travelling up and down the east coast. Showers are dated but piping hot and spacious enough for me. Diesel is always a decent price. Always the same familiar faces at the checkout. No complaints about this place, so far so good..

Except I think the truck stop is on the other end of the town not where Google maps has it. There is a gas station on that spot but not a truck stop.

Porky's is a huge dirt lot that Is normally never full

Clean bathrooms friendly staff and some souvenirs decent priced. We got boiled peanuts there too
