From the initial quote to final installation, Preferred Windows and Siding were wonderful to work with and did an incredible job (Windows, Vinyl Siding, and Gutters). During the quote process Tim and Gary were efficient with my time. Their experience and product knowledge quickly shined as identified solutions to my needs that I didn’t know were available - ie a frosted window for the picture window facing the street in my bathroom (what were those builders thinking!). They made choosing the right siding product for my needs a breeze as well as offering quality name brand windows. Their prices were competitive as well. Install started within a few weeks and took just about a week as they had estimated to complete. The contractors were all beyond my expectations when it came to clean up in the house on window install, daily clean up in the yard, working carefully around my gardens etc. They were meticulous with picking up nails - even neighbors commented on how neat they left my yard at the end of the day. Towards the end of the project they had a light above my garage down and I told them they could leave it down because I was replacing it so I’d put up the new one when they were finished. They asked if I’d bring them the light, they’d gladly put the new one up for me. All of the little things added up to one great experience. Tim and Gary stopped by multiple times during the project to make sure things were running smoothly. This was by far the largest home renovation project I have hired anyone for, yet the only one that went off so flawlessly from start to finish. My house looks beautiful on the outside, and I can already notice a difference in the energy efficiency on the inside. Thank you Gary, Tim, Alex, and your Team!

We hired Preferred Windows and Siding to replace the siding, windows, soffit, and fascia on the second story of our home. We got quotes from other companies, but were frustrated with their sales tactics and high prices.

In contrast, Tim and Gary (the owners) were a pleasure to work with. They presented our options without wasting our time or giving us a hard sell. They were the only company that bothered to follow up with a quote over the phone - everyone else just sent an email and we never heard from them again.

Preferred's quote wasn't the lowest of the bunch, but their price was well worth it because they used high-quality materials and their crew did a top-notch job! They offered attractive financing as well.

Our home is over a hundred years old, and nothing on it is plumb, level, or square. It's a challenging install. But Preferred's crew took the time to get the details right. They kept the jobsite very tidy throughout the project, and were good sports about our 4 small children gawking at them the entire time! It took a day or two longer to finish the project than expected due to factors outside their control, but they communicated along the way and didn't charge us extra for anything.

Tim and Gary both stopped by several times while work was in progress to check in. To me, it felt like they wanted our business, were personally invested in our project, and really cared about the results.

I am super pleased with Preferred. Our home looks so much better, and the new windows have really reduced drafts and noise. I hope to have them come back out in the coming years to replace our first floor windows and front door.

Tim and Gary were great. I had 3 quotes and they were the cheapest moneywise but that didn’t show in the quality or workmanship. I had 3 sliding doors and vinyl soffits installed on a hillside 25ft up. The doors are sweet and look great. The hillside wasn’t a problem at all. I will use them again!

Highly recommend Preferred from start to finish they were great. Gary and Tim answered all my questions and helped with decisions on color and style. Kept me well informed on all stages before, during and after.

Everyone affiliated with Preferred was absolutely amazing! From the first consultation, during the installation process and once the job was finished, the owners walked us throughout the entire process, kept in contact and even stopped by to check on the crew’s progress. They dealt with our last minute color change without any issues. We are in love with our siding and our new deck. We would definitely recommend them and hope to use them for other jobs in the future.

From start to finish, things went very well! I have no complaints at all! I am very happy with my new siding.

Gary and Tim were incredibly good at communication through the whole process. We were given an honest quote, we had 3-4 quotes for the project and theirs was the most reasonable by far. They were informative when their guys were coming out to work and did an incredible job on the siding.

Tim and Gary were excellent to work with on residing our home! Both are very knowledgeable and helped us with the material and color selection process. They were able to get us in sooner than anticipated thanks to some other clients needing to reschedule. The crew was there when they said they were going to be, they worked fast, and were happy to answer any questions we had. We had them do all new siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. It looks like a new house! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and the service was top notch. We will be recommending them to everyone.

We were looking to update the look and efficiency of our home with new windows and vinyl siding. Our first time doing a home project of this size and we were extremely nervous. We made the call and got the estimate and never looked back. We went from nervous to excited from the time we met the team all the way to the finish. PROFESSIONAL is the word for these guys! Preferred Windows and Siding went above and beyond while installing new windows and siding for our house. Tim and Gary were so informative while educating us and helping us pick out what products would work best for our house. When it came time for installation, the workers were two of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time. They always showed up on time, started working right away, and always made sure we liked what they did.

I could not have chosen a better window and door replacement company. Everyone at Preferred Windows, from the owners to the installers, bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly, and I was satisfied with the final product. The windows that I had installed by this company are in very well-made. The installation process was efficient, the employees were respectful of the property and worked quickly to get the job done on a cold winter day. Also, although I was told the installation wouldn’t happen until mid April or so, they were able to get the windows installed much sooner. I would definitely recommend working with his company for replacement window installation.

I would like to thank Preferred Windows and Siding for revitalizing my roof. I wish that I had knowledge of them before all the tireless work of contacting so many roofing companies that flat out ignored the seriousness of my roof problems. First of all, the other companies came to my home, they all seem a bit busy and did not convey the details of what needed to be done to fix my roof problem. Secondly, they were not willing to sit down with me to explain the process of how they would insure the work nor did they reassure that I was making the best decision by choosing their company to revitalize my roof. Lastly, they left me confused and frustrated, I had no idea of what to do next. In spite of all the uncertainties, I reached out to Preferred Windows and Siding. They sent out one of their representative to save the day! Their roof inspector was on my roof within a day, he did a full and thorough inspection of the roof and the work that needed to be done to bring my roof back to life. In addition, he found issues that the other companies did not list in their detail repair summary. I went from lost and frustrated to picking out shingles, to standing in my front yard amazed by the progress, workmanship, and professionalism of the workers. I am very pleased with my roof and even happier that I reached out to Preferred Windows and Siding. I’ll be recommending Preferred Windows and Siding to all my friends, family, and neighbors. They were amazing from start to finish and extremely professional. We needed siding and a new back door installed and they made it an exciting experience. We have 3 and a half levels that needed attention. Their crew worked so efficiently that yall wouldn't believe! The height that they had to work with complete confidence in themselves blew mind. Attention to detail is pleasing. When they were done we also had new gutters installed and even that crew had the same. They replaced one window at a time and cleaned up each mess immediately. They moved furniture and even hung the blinds over each window before they left.

They were very nice and professional. We had windows and siding installed. The windows were very noticeably different the first evening. I know it will be a difference on the power bill. The siding improved the look of the home . We chose the siding with insulation and I know it will make a difference on our power bill also.
