Excellent. I was in the shower when he called and stopped by the house. I saw the truck and as I was heading to open being a customer.the door he drove away. I called him and he turned around and came back to complete the service call. He handled my mouse problem, was extremely professional and explained how to follow up if necessary. Additionally he thanked me for.

1. He took his time and was as thorough as I've seen. 2. He's a very efficient worker covering the areas in better than average. Time, but seemed VERY proficient. He obviously cared as he explained some things with me about better situation management. VERY professional and seemed a great guy!

Triangle Pest Control is the best. Whenever I have questions or concerns, someone always answers the phone. If we need someone to come to the house, it is quickly scheduled. Kevin is our regular technician and he answers all of my questions, pays attention to detail, and is so kind. Couldn't recommend more!

He went the extra mile to treat areas around difficult-to-reach windows and educated me as to future needs to keep my home pest free. I have the quarterly maintenance plan and had to call for a breakthrough issue, an appointment was available within 24 hours of my call. Techs are always on time and professional. Donald is always polite and efficient. He always communicates well and provides excellent service. Every year when the ants invade, he figures out where they’re coming from and stops them. The mosquito service is also top notch! We highly recommend Triangle Pest Control.

The experience has been positive so far, been a customer for a few years now. All their inspections seem very thorough, the people are courteous and on time (or nicely and courteously call to inform you about a delay), and generally the service has kept critters at bay. Would recommend using them.
