Working with John Markham was a great experience. He was very professional and handled our problem swiftly. Two other representatives were throwing the problem back onto me, telling me to take care of it. When I asked for a supervisor, John took full control to rectify my problem with kindness, and I am very very appreciative to encounter this type of service.

I have been a customer with Terminix for 20+ years. I have always been satisfied with their service and technicians. they have always shown up at the scheduled time of my appointment and if I've had any problems/issues with bugs they always come an spray between scheduled services without question. I'm very satisfied with them as especially our technician, Ashley. She's friendly and always ask about any problems, any specific areas we want her to check out. Very thorough.

Just had my annual termite inspection and so far so good! Ryan Reynolds was great to work with. He is professional, thorough, friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommended.

We are new customers and I’m SO pleased already with Terminix!! It started with our property inspector (Josh) who was excellent and provided exemplary customer service when setting up my service contract. He also made my initial appointment and said I was getting ‘the best’ - Charles P showed up the next morning, and I must say, he is a true master at his job!!! We were having problems with wasps under our screened in deck (without a nest in sight) and we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from! Charles arrived on time, searched the area and was unable to find the nest, but after a few sprinkles of his “magic dust” & spray, within the hour we didn’t see anymore wasp!! Thank you Josh for sending the best and thank you Charles for an AWESOME JOB!!!! We will see you next month!!! The Parkers

I would highly recommend Terminix. Josh has been an amazing technician. He took the time to answer all our questions and walk us through the process for what was best for our home. Thank you so much as being new to the area and pest control is a bit different from where we were before.

Ashlee is new to our house. She was very helpful in dealing with an ant issue in our garage. It was raining but she persevered and applied a granular chemical on the exterior. Very professional and courteous.

The Terminix technician was recently here for our quarterly pest control treatment. She was on time, very professional, efficient and very pleasant. We are glad she came as we appreciate very much her good work to continue our pest control protection.

Michael was very through and asked if there were problem areas. He actually spent time at doing his job as well. Several other technicians have been in and out so fast that I don't hardly know if they've done their job. Thanks again Michael.

Showing my age, but I remember when service providers were people with whom you had a relationship. My mail carrier, for example was a guy we knew by name, our newspaper boy, our refuse collection team, etc. That casual relationship improved the process 100-fold.

So interestingly, we find the same to be true currently with our Terminex service technician. Ashlee is professional, knows her stuff, and is thorough with both preparation (she texts to let us know when she will be here, personally) and application. She always asks “seasonal” questions to stay ahead of issues, and she always starts with a genuine smile and follows-up after she has completed her visit.

We are very loyal Terminex customers…and recommend the organization highly. Ashlee is an unexpected bonus!

My Terminix rep has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about the products. Very thorough and meticulous when applying products especially inside my home.

Excellent service, thorough and professional. Finished much quicker than expected, friendly, answered all of our questions and was willing to field all of our concerns. We look forward to continued service with the company.

Michael, the representative from Terminex, was very attentive to our concerns. He comes on a monthly basis and first asks if we have any concerns. He walks around my house and swipes the webs around the window, doors and inside the garage. He sprays insecticide around the house, inside the garage and also treats any ant hills in the yard. If necessary, he will come inside the house and spray as well, but only if we’ve had signs of insects. He is very thorough and concerned about our satisfaction. I highly recommend Terminex for any of your needs!

Matt Z. did a wonderful job explaining the services needed and financing options to my elderly aunt. He was very patient and kind. OUTSTANDING customer service--I would highly recommend him!

Kevin is an awesome pest control technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always able to answer any questions I might have. Kevin is always prompt and professional. I can rely on Kevin to perform the quarterly treatments as expected and he works efficiently. I’ve had other technicians with Terminex and other companies and can honestly say Terminex has my business because Kevin is my technician!

Always have great experiences with Terminix! Derick recently treated inside my home for a cockroach sighting and was very pleasant and helpful! I have used other pest control companies but no one was able to control the specific pest issues we had except Terminix!

Charles is awesome! He does a fantastic job and is always kind and thoughtful.

The world needs more people like Harley! Harley is very knowledgeable and helped point out every nook and cranny where pests could come in. She took the time to explain things to me so I was fully informed before I scheduled my next appointment. We need more professional and polite people like her.

Update: These guys are still an amazing help!
I’ve had Charles as my regular technician and appreciate his thoroughness in checking with me about my concerns, he’s always on time and gives me good information regarding pest repellent tactics.

Ryan came out today and just went through it all. He addressed today’s concerns, went in the crawlspace, and followed up after job completion.

Terminix has an excellent team of techs they’re sending out my way. And I’m still satisfied with the service. They’re excellent at communicating and professional and I’m not changing my service anytime soon. Thanks fellas

I have been using Terminix for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. We recently had some issues with fire ants out of nowhere (first time ever) and tech, Darius, came out right away. He was perfectly on time, professional, and took all the time I needed in order to feel informed about what was happening. I'm very happy with my services and highly recommend them to anyone. They have great payment options as well. I know they are a big company but they have a local branch, so they always make me feel like I am special and not just another number.
