I was almost done eating fast food but then I found a well running McDonald's. Staff is very talented

Tried using the kiosk, wasn't successful, but someone came to the cash register immediately when I stepped to the counter. He took and filled my order.
The place was hopping and so was the drive thru. Food was very freshly made.

Very good. Just my normal McDonald’s experience. The servers were very friendly. Especially Angelica.

Outstanding Service. Employees were professional and courteous. I don't understand the 3.2 review. I get it, it's not a 5 Star Restaurant but the kindness of the employees really surprised me. They should all be recommended and praised.

Love the large indoor playground. Great place on a rainy day to burn off some energy.

My kids wanted breakfast 😋, so I used the McDonald's app and ordered breakfast. 5 x big breakfast was about $32 dollars with tax so not bad. Waited for about 2 minutes in designated pickup area and the food was delivered to my car fresh and hot.

The 2 Drive Thru stations don't run anymore, only One is used. Corporate needs to do better. That's the source of 99% of issues. This store will only recover with more staff.

There was a long line in the drive-thru but it moved quickly. My food was hot but not exactly as I ordered. It's good. I'll be back.

Order always correct. Food fresh and hot. Excellent customer service experience every time!

I absolutely adore this McDonald's! Their English McMuffins are absolutely the best!

It was raining and the restaurant busy. Was water on floor by front door. It was slick and no rug to be found. I placed a wet gloor cone i found near the bathrooms by the front entrance. Need rugs at doors.

This was the fastest of fast. McDonald's always knows what it's doing. It would have been nice to eat inside instead of the car since we were traveling. Maybe some day because I am seeing many other places open.

We were pleasantly greeted at the Holly Springs McDonald's at approximately 8:30am on August 16th. The gal who took our order was as sweet as could be. I didn't get her name. She went over and above to make our visit pleasant. I hope her supervisor (I believe it was a gentleman) reads this and recognizes her. We WILL go back and I'll ask for her. Thank you.

I went to this location around 12:30 PM on Saturday September 26, 2020. The drive thru line was extremely busy, but seemed to be moving well. I decided to dtich the line and go inside. Service was quick and easy. I was in and out in no time. :)

COVID-19 Update:
I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on ordering a McGriddle, but I learned there is no all-day breakfast menu at all McDonald's locations during COVID-19. For this location, the self-checkout touchscreen, dining room, and play area are not available.

hot food they forgot my 10pc nuggets numbers 870 don't be rude when I ask for u to fix ur mistakes customer is always right an if u didn't charge so much for the nuggets I would just said oh well

So I got the two apple pie deal. Yessss! They were not Burnt. They were sooooooo good. Haven't had a good apple pie from the Mc in years since my pops was alive. Have a new reason to go regularly now. Still want that breakfast cinnamon bun with xtra icing back tho lol

Food was great, we had ice cream (hot fudge Sundae) it was really good, for a much cheaper price than where we were originally going. We can ALWAYS trust McDonalds for plan B!

Very friendly and helpful

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and absolutely loved it. I did not get the meal with the burger as I just wanted the burger. Excellent service.
