The employees in here were friendly and fast. I drive a newer car that no one has the filter for and not only did your store have it, Dee had it out and ready for me to check out when I showed up. The other employee was friendly and I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but I was in and out and I thank them both!

Great place, friendly atmosphere well stocked

(Let me preface this review with the fact that I am old and unfamiliar with doing my own car repairs.) Thus, when I was told that my left rear turn light was out, I tried to find auto service businesses. Firestones and Midas were booked solid but Midas told me to go next door to NAPA Auto Parts. The service rep quickly directed me to the right part and replaced both bulbs as the other bulb was about to go out. I can't thank him enough for his help and caring!!!

Hunter the store manager was nothing but a great human. Know that you can depend on NAPA parts always, and Hunter or the staff will give excellence service if you visit.

They always have what I need, quality products and good customer service. Keep up the good work!

Monday September 20th
Came in to get info on how to get the soot from my truck off my garage door. The guy working (i forgot his name...but awesome beard game) was helpful, knowledgeable, and even suggested i get a smaller bottle and not the gallon since the job was a small one. Came home. Did what he told me to. My garage door is soot free. Thanks bearded stranger!

Probably the most efficient experience I've had at any auto parts store. My ordered parts were waiting on me when I arrived, and every employee I interacted with was pleasant and appeared to enjoy their jobs. This speaks volumes about the company! Highly recommended!

I wanted to give a shout-out to Ryan at NAPA on Charlotte Pike in Nashville...he was great in assisting getting parts and advice to help get my daughter's car repaired this past weekend.
Great customer service seems harder to find in today's retail environments...but Ryan showed it still exists at this NAPA location.

GREAT customer service from the store manager. He went "above and beyond the call of duty" to help us when our battery died. We highly recommend doing business with him at NAPA on Charlotte Pike.

Freddie was extremely helpful.
Diagnosed my problem over the phone, came outside and fixed my 05 Jeep on the spot.
All while keeping 6 feet of distance and wiping everything with Clorox wipes.
Definitely 5-star service, can’t recommend Freddie enough!!!

Very friendly and helpful folks. I ordered online, drove to the store where they had the product sitting on the counter waiting for me, showed them my ID and I was gone within 5 mins.

I needed an air filter for a Vermeer BC1800XL. For those who are not aware, this is not a vehicle but a piece of equipment with a 115hp diesel motor. Usually I need to go to the dealership for parts (they failed this time) but Napa came through. I doubt the same could be said about any of their competitors.

Excellent staff. These guys will do everything they can to make sure that you are getting the correct parts.
