Service has always been very friendly at this location. As always great smoothies, Wraps, Quesadillas, Sandwiches, and salad. My favorite is Detox Island Green, it is not for everyone if you don’t like the greens. They seemed to be super busy, but everyone was calm and focused. Great team work. I didn’t have to wait too long for my order. It definitely helps to order ahead.

The employees were extremely kind we enjoyed it very much. They deserve a raise with the wonderful customer service they give. It takes a lot of compassion to deal with the everyday life of customer service.

Rolled in here right as they closed and Arianna let me in and took great care of me and made me a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap even though she didn’t have to…much appreciated

Blimey Limey with splenda, and the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap. My go-to order. I'm never disappointed.

Staff was very polite and efficient, also friendly and welcoming. Smoothie was great, I recommend the blueberry bliss. It was very refreshing and on a very hot day.

Nice people work here. They do their best even when it gets busy. I work near by so it's my goal to try all the flavors of the smoothies eventually. No matter what I order it always tastes good.

The staff at this location is great! I come in weekly, sometimes twice in a week for months now and they have never ever let me down. I wish the Tropical Smoothie as a company would give them a better way to be notified when there an online/mobile order comes thru. But that isn't the store's fault, as a matter of fact, they do a great job given what they have to work with anyway.
I stick with the same few items on the menu, the chia banana smoothie, the peanut paradise smoothie, the chipotle flatbread, and the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the kale apple slaw are all outstanding! otherwise I'm not qualified to review the menu really
As long as I am working in the area, I will keep coming back to this location.
I definitely recommend it over any other smoothie place in the Short Pump area.

I had TSC cater an employee appreciation event for us today and I just want to say a huge thank you to them! My experience was absolutely amazing from the first phone call to them to set everything up to picking up my order to give an a wonderful sweet treat to our staff! Way to go to everyone I had interaction with. I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's names, but Celese was most helpful and Taylor was also very helpful and then to the whole crew that helped carry my order to my van... THANK YOU!

I love this place, the food is very good and the staff has always been very friendly. The only thing I will say is each time you go there is different amounts of ingredients in your wrap or sandwich. There should be some consistency. But other than that the place is great!

Went to Tropical smoothie by short pump mall today, they looked short staffed and were insanely busy, but handled it well. I think his name was Ahmed, but handled it very well and was very apologetic.

loved it here. Josh and i think the register guy was named kaleb really made sure service was super quick. smoothie tastes amazing, will be back for sure

Chance had very good customer service when I came in, she was very nice and greeted me. I got the peanut butter cup smoothie and it was delicious.

I came in last Sunday and had the best experience here! The two girls who were working were so helpful and nice. My smoothie was amazing!

Love the smoothies here! Make sure to check out the array of optional additives they have here. I was impressed that they have pea protein, which is really helpful for those with lactose issues.

Haven't had an issue: this is the best of the franchise. They are slow in the mornings because of the rush. Still worth it. Smoothies always are well prepared.

Very busy when I arrived and after I left. Staff was working really hard and with alot of urgency to get guests taken care.

Gosh this place is good! TSC is one of my favorite places to get a drink if not my top favorite.
