Country Club Apartments

We have lived here for over 2 years, Linda is the best landlord I've ever had. Any issue we have with other tenets are resolved quickly, and if anything breaks in our apartment it's fixed within 1 or 2 days. I always recommend our apartment complex to others because i feel it's the best deal in town, especially because you have washer/dryer IN your apartment =)

Great place to live. The property manager is AWESOME, easy to communicate with, and is willing to help. The residents are nice as well.I highly recommend to anyone.

Apartments are well maintained and kept up. If you have a problem they take care of it right away. Best place I have lived in over 10 years.

Had a great 2+ years here. Kara was an awesome landlord.

-1 Star because moving out was a little frustrating because we had just gotten a new landlord and had since struggles with the process, but I don't blame the person for the minor negative experience at all, also parking was a moderate annoyance throughout our time there.

Very little maintenance needed (biggest problem was with drains that should be opened and checked on move in), clean, very dense walls so not too much neighbor noise except from hallway, prompt maintenance guy and he's friendly. They took great care of us when we had questions, and gave a decent 24 hour notice of apartment entry to do preventative maintenance and spraying. Aside from a pool and an elevator, I could hardly ask for an apartment to cover anything else.

All in all a great place, nobody is perfect, but I think it's a really good deal to live there. Thanks again!

Moved in just a short time ago and was the best move in I have ever had which was do to Ms. Linda the on site manager. I work all over the country and have to move alot for 6 months to a year at a time and she was very willing to work with me on the lease terms. The units were very clean and keep up very well. There is also a small but usefull gym on site and I belive that all the units come with washer and dryer

Nice quiet place

I emailed them twice, once from their website and once from an apartment search website, and I also called them left my name and phone number. No one ever got back to me so I looked elsewhere.

I dont live here but I'm trying to get a place here. Landlord doesn't call back I've called emailed and left a few voice-mails but nobody responds. I've even showed up to the office and nobody is here.

I love the apartment recommended by family member who lives there bet never see like this management. I don't even know how will I contact them so sad I have called by 3 different number for many times never answer, also I went to the office in the mid day in person and It was closed.
Need to work more for a good service and for their consumers.

Awful place. Very dirty. Never clean. Can never get a hold of landlord as well as taking a long time to wait for maintenance to fix simple things

They will rip you off....
