Erin was absolutely fantastic!! She was helpful and knowledgeable about what my son was looking for. Her and another young lady were so friendly and nice! I don't know much about video games and Erin ensured I knew what I was buying and I took her recommendations! Our experience was excellent and I definitely recommend going to Game Stop for your video game needs!!

My wife and I came in with a couple of our last-gen systems with intentions of trading up. When we approached the counter, a few other parties came in, one was a father and his ill-tempered child while a few others vocally made their frustration with the line length known. We took a step back and allowed those behind us to continue.

Observing the manager, Jay, and his associate, Alex, handle the crowd the way they did restored our faith in customer service at GameStop. Not only were each of their interactions handled quick and professionally, but Jay also often expressed gratitude for me and my wife's patience.

We shared some of our experiences with particular gaming titles, which ultimately lead my wife to conning me into pre-ordering the new Pokemon game for her and we even came back the following morning to purchase another console.

All-in-all, this is a fantastic store, with a great manager, who leads a team with potential.

Miranda is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is happy to answer any questions and go above and beyond to help out. She is also really good at selling warranties ;)

I love this Gamestop, the employees are always cool as hell and very helpful more than any other gamestop I've been to, they are attentive and make sure that you get what you want and if it isn't in stock they won't just give you a blank answer as if they don't know what is going on, they are very knowledgeable.

Awesome service. Was looking at buying a Nintendo Switch but not sure on how it worked. The sales man helped in understanding its abilities as well as it withdrawls. The customers that were in the store at the time as chimed in with their love for the Nintendo Switch. I would recommend this store if your in the area.

The staff here is some of the best around. The store manager Brent is easy to talk to and laid back. The Assistant manager Chris has an unrivaled passion for his job and games. Alex is one of the funniest people I've ever met and I could talk to him and Seth for hours and hours on end! Favorite Gamestop in the area!

This is a great store. I stopped in to get a game and Brian was welcoming and extremely helpful! The game I wanted for my kids was sold out, but he explained how to buy it off the eShop and, as a newbie to the eShop purchasing, I was very thankful for the help.

The staff always seem to have a love for gaming, which makes talking about what game, or video game merchandise you want with them very pleasant. During the month of April, me and my father went to GameStop to get Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee, And the workers suggested that with my change I should buy some Pokemon cards! :D it may be weird, but the best part about coming to this place is for SURE the extremely friendly workers!

This is our one stop game shop. Don't expect to get much on trades (you never get much no matter where you go) but used games are a bargain most of the time. I'd imagine it's worth it if you have a stack of games you absolutely don't play anymore, something's better than nothing. I don't go there to sell, I go there to buy. Used.

Came to this Gamestop as a last resort in trying to find a game franchise that was impossible to get. The workers were very sweet! They knew exactly what I was looking for and even ordered the game for me straight from the werehouse, which no other store I went to offered to do. The game came the next day which really impressed me!

Friendly staff, lots of inventory, very helpful. Didn't push you to get anything extra but still did a great job at informing us of the latest equipment and what's worth getting.

I am a reporter from the Devin Sunshine, a newspaper firm based in downtown Detroit. I was in town visiting relatives when I decided to stop at this establishment to purchase a new game for my Playstation 4. When I entered, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Emerson. He was very knowledgeable of what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this fabulous establishment, and would recommend it to any gamer in the town.

I have been going to GameStop for a long time spent thousands of dollars there I hope to God that they are going to be there for the next 5 or 10 years because I've been hearing rumors that they're getting rid of GameStop and going digitally through Sony and Microsoft and that's going to suck but I hope to God like I said that came stopped going to be around for the next 10 years.
