DJ'S Watering Hole

Just moved to the area and so excited to have found such a great BBQ place nearby. My son and I split the BBQ sampler for lunch with pulled pork, pulled brisket, and sausage. It was Awesome!! Amazingly moist, with a bit of a unique Indian influence. All so good, we had a hard time choosing our favorite of the three. The rest of the menu also offers a unique blend of traditional BBQ flare, but with some Indian inspired options as well.
Great atmosphere inside and out on the large patio area. Multiple roll-up garage doors nicely open up the space on beautiful days.

Amazing award winning food! Super dope atmosphere, the menu is well thought out and is outrageously delicious! Incredible fusion of cultures and foods, this place is definitely a hidden gem 💎 It has plenty of space, as well as a pretty spacious outdoor patio for those summertime vibes.

Great place, very warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent service. They truly want you to enjoy your experience. We plan to come again and try the Indian food. This time we had an excellent burger and cheesesteak sandwich with delicious sides. Key lime pie was the best we ever had, made by the owner's mother! They also have outdoor seating in the summer. It's a gem. Recommended!

This place is absolutely stellar. Don’t be afraid of the bbq/masala combo! The flavors blend so incredibly well.. and veggie lovers, fear not! There is a black bean patty and some yummy fish dishes. Truly impressed! Our new spot!

This place exceeds expectations on every level. They have the best Indian food I've experienced in Colorado, get the lamb kabob with the naan, and definitely get all 3 of their dipping sauces especially the masala. It's basically a great bar, nice TVs with shocking great food, Can't wait to come back. Courtney and Jonah are really good and friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. Courtney knows her beers.

Went there for lunch the place was fairly empty, but it definitely did not deserve to be. Ownership was there they were very inviting and personable. I had Mozzarella Sticks, Brisket Sandwich with fries. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, the brisket was tender flavor and juicy. Their house bbq sauces were a compliment to the brisket. The fries were great as well crisp with the right amount salt. This place is truly a hidden gem one of the best bbq in the Boulder/Denver area.

Going in, we were a little skeptical of Indian BBQ fusion, but we were pleasantly surprised. Service was so friendly and prompt, and I was happy to see a lot of vegetarian options on the menu. We shared delicious samosas, my partner ordered wings, and I tried their stuffed bell peppers. The wings were huge, and while I found the BBQ sauce on the stuffed peppers a little overwhelming and surprisingly spicy, we both left full and happy, and will definitely be recommending DJ’s to friends. We’ll be back!

Great little find right off of 36 and Mcaslin. BBQ and Indian cuisine. Very unique combination of lunch offerings. Had the steak sandwich. Steak was perfectly seasoned and tender. The BBQ masala bowl with brisket was excellent as well!! Very friendly owner. Good craft beer selection. Come give this spot a try!!

DJs Watering Hole has something for everyone! Delicious Indian Food ( I had the Chicken Tikka Masala Bowl + a side of Naan and my husband had Tandoori Chicken). Our kids got chicken tenders and fries. So, everyone was happy! We had great service and the restaurant has an open feel to it with a garage door open to let in air and natural light. We will definitely be back.

I am a regular here. Cool place. Very friendly. Food is delicious as it is fusion of bbq and Indian spices. Don’t mistake it for a just a pub or a bar. As for their sauces you wont be disappointed.

The unique menu means something for everyone. Though I’m usually all about the bbq I had to try the smoked peppers! They were divine! That plus the veggie bowl and Mac and cheese and I was in heaven! I can’t wait to try their other dishes!

My wife's company had a company party here and all of can say it was fantastic. The food was wonderful. It was cooked perfectly. The flavors were delicious, the perfect amount of spice, tender chicken, the rice, the vegetables. I loved all of it. The owner, and his staff were awesome. We had great conversations about their personal life and how he became to open up the establishment. I really love how he welcomes pets and families. He encourages people to bring their family and feel right at home. His stories are very heart warming and I can't wait to bring my family in to enjoy the environment. The interior looks wonderful with the rustic wood mixed with brick and marble flooring. I absolutely loved it. They did a great job.

Stopped by DJ's after being intrigued by the blend of BBQ, Indian, and soul food on their menu. The food didn't disappoint. Tried the house rub and vindaloo wings, and they were great. The shrimp po'boy was really good too. The staff even brought me out some of their mango chutney wing sauce to go, just to let me taste it and I'll definitely be getting that next time. The fries were just okay, but didn't really detract from the meal. A+ experience all around.

The food was excellent! Bbq and tandoori fusion, They work so well together. The desserts are excellent as well. The staff was amazing and friendly. I can’t wait to come back

Wonderful experience yesterday for lunch at DJ's. The staff couldn't be friendlier, so engaging and helpful. I love the menu with the choices of barbecue, indian, and good old American type choices. Something for everyone! I will certainly be back!

We loved lamb chops, which was a special on that day. Loved to relax, drink, and eat. They have vegetarian dishes as well. It is right here in Louisville, Colorado, at the old location of Outback Steakhouse.

We finally had the chance to try DJ's and we will definitely be back. The place has a nice casual vibe and the staff is very friendly. The menu is quite eclectic... we had pakoras to start and shared a bbq plate. Everything was delicious! We love having this restaurant in the neighborhood!

I got the pulled pork and brisket with the masala sauce and it was amazing! The grilled veggies were also fantastic, everything spiced fantastically and very enjoyable. I highly recommend the food here. We were given some lamb and vegetable soup to sample and it was so good my wife ordered a large bowl!

This is the BEST fried chicken I've had. The baked beans and onion rings were just as good. I'll definitely be back.

This is my second time coming here. The staff is wonderful, the chef is a very lovely person! The food is very good. Good beers on tap/draft.
All of the dessert is house made and fresh. The ice cream is delicious and so is the chocolate cake.
