I come a lot with my mom and they are so nice here!! Always remember our order before we even say it and really friendly employees! They make our drinks super fast and always just right. Percy, Benedikt, and Ashe always make it such a fun and great place to be!

It's been here several times. All with extraordinarily Top professional consistent customer service. This is not your normal average Starbucks service. This experience like walking in to grandma's house and seeing that warm pleasant smile from "everyone".
Amazing to see this performance so consistent Is compliments to all of the participants of your establishment.

They go out of their way to do it right and remember me. It’s kind of like the Cheers bar, now if my name were only “Norm” LOL- the staff is really wonderful and the living room style seating plus the outdoor seating area make it a great place to hang out and get some work done.

Lexi is the nicest barista! Great customer service is rare these days. This place is so great. Super friendly service.

I absolutely love this location. There are few people who work there know some American Sign Language! I wish I catch all their name but Madison is one of them. Always appreciate them communicating with me. Been going here for last 2 years.

Great Starbucks. Stop here when traveling up and down 36 corridor. Think it’s the easiest one off the highway to get to. Friendly staff. Fast and a good drive thru. Nice patio. Other things nearby like Lowe’s and Costco so easy to get stuff done on this off ramp in general.

Always prompt, clean, and friendly! The staff here are so kind and courteous. They are taking extra precautions during the pandemic and I feel safe walking in to order. The drive-thru is always busy, it seems. Thanks for being so great!

Staff are very nice and proficient with orders. They are friendly and conversational. Atmosphere is clean and enjoyable for both take-out or ordering in the store. Our favorite store.

This is my favorite Starbucks! Sierra is super nice and always takes great care of me! My order comes out perfect every time! Give that a girl a raise! Sierra gets at A++++++

Ahhh... Good ole Rock Creek Starbucks. You have come so far in the last couple of years. Honestly 10 years ago, this was one of the most poorly run Starbucks I have ever been to. They had so much turnover, the staff did not know how to make drinks, the manager was being rotated through almost yearly, and there was little to no consistency. These days they rock it!!! The staff are retained, friendly, fast and know how to make a drink. They are killing it in the drive thru, they connect, which incredibly difficult to do in a drive thru situation. Other restaurants need to to study what SBUX does. They nail customer service, the food is delicious, and super quick drink production. Thank you!

I visited New Year’s Eve after several less-than-desirable visits at several other Starbucks (mildly put). When I got to the drive through, the drink I requested was out of stock. The barista informed me about this by apologizing for the inconvenience and immediately offering other alternatives that I might find equivalent. The drink was made quickly and she continued her service level through the end of the transaction. Her customer service was excellent and miles above what I had experienced at a different Starbucks store just earlier that day. I hope she is commended for unknowingly keeping a customer that would not have been back had it not been for her. (Visit was 4:37pm on 12/31/19).

Update: quality is much better, haven't had cold brew in awhile, can't speak to that, but everything else is much better. Staff very friendly, especially when busy, which is usually the opposite of how it works. Not sure what changed but keep it up, really enjoying having a good Starbucks nearby.

Nitro cold brew tastes spoiled. Cappuccino is nearly all foam. This location seems to have a difficult time maintaining quality and making drinks to the normal standard.

The employees are so nice and make sure your beverage is made right! Everytime I go, I get in and out quickly. The best I have been to. They are all amazing, they are working hard and still have smiles. I dont know the names very well but EVERYONE does an awesome job!!!!

This may be the best Starbucks that we've visited, and we've lived in three states! The staff are very accommodating, are great at making the drinks, and are quite fast.

I love this location, staff is always friendly, and the coffee cones out perfect every time.

Store seems to be closed, which I have to assume is because they unionized... good think corporate cares more about profits than people 😃

Impressive example of Starbucks chain. This manager does a lot of extra things to enhance her store and the partners seem to buy in to her leadership style. Good job!
