AT&T Store

I wanted to thank Don Schene at the Flatiron Crossing AT&T for exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to help my mom with her account after the passing of my stepfather. He was efficient, friendly and made sure she was taken care of. It would be great to have more Don's in the world. Thank you!

Helped me and my mom numerous times with our plans, phones etc. the employees there are very kind and helpful and I definitely recommend coming here if you’re new to AT&T or phones.

Filipe, Goose, and Jessica were amazing to work with and chat with while we waited for my new phone to get all the information from my old phone. They were having fun at work which made me feel at ease and wanted to have fun with them. If I ever need any help with AT&T, I won't hesitate to go back and see the crew at that store.

Jess as the ASM was awesome! She helped us thru a very stressful situation, was patient, and courteous. My experience was pleasant and my concerns were addressed fully. I have never had such an amazing experience at AT&T! This is my absolute favorite location and I will send all of my friends. The store was clean, the representatives were kind and I was amazed with the professionalism. Thank you Jess! I look forward to coming back in the future.

The manager was amazing I’d highly recommend working with her if you’re headed into the store. They solved my problem within 20 minutes and I walked out with everything resolved. They didn’t try to sell me on extras or things I didn’t need. They just listened to my problem, solved it and sent me on my way. Shoutout to Jess, she was great.

Donny at this store was amazing. Was very patient with all my questions and unique situation. He explained the benefits and flaws in the plans with each phone I looked at. Would high recommend the store and staff thanks to Donny

Was helped very quickly! Logan and Chris save me lots of money, more than half of what I was paying. They also looked into and applied discounts for our new service. Everybody there was friendly. Sophia was knowledgeable with all aspects of all phone information. She was a walking informational textbook on all phones which was great. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED!!! Highly recommend going to AT&T at Flatirons for your cell phone needs, transferring services, etc .

The AT&T store at Flatiron Mall, second floor, is a great place to do business. They took care of my needs in just a few minutes. I had purchased a new cell phone and they got me connected to my service, then put the protective glass on it. I am a very happy customer!

Jacqueline was extremely patient and helpful today with my parents and I! My mom and I both got new phones and she was both knowledgeable and friendly with both purchases. She educated us on many new features, as well as numerous different accessories. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great experience upgrading our ancient iPhones at the Flatiron Crossing AT&T store. Logan was very patient and helpful explaining and guiding us in our choice. Yay to Logan for his excellent service! Give him a raise!

Great service!

I got here before the store opened and there were other customers with me waiting. Obviously, when the store opened everyone was anxious to get service. There were enough agents to help everyone get what they needed in a efficient but calm way.

I needed a new plan and Chris G was very helpful in getting me what I wanted. Even though there were a few technical issues with my phone, he patiently helped me resolve it.

Mike single-handedly save me from dumping Apple all together after almost 20 years. Mike had an extensive knowledge of technology plans and marketing trends. Explain to me some things that were always unclear to me regarding my service and he actually fixed my phone when Apple could not. Thanks Mike. You’re probably the best part that AT&T still has left

I have been trying for 3 weeks to activate some cell phones that I got from AT&T, and with no results over the phone or some of the other stores that I had gone to I was getting ready to give up. Jacqueline seems to be the only person that I had talked to you that actually wanted to help me solve the problems that I was having, she had a very professional attitude and got everything done a lot quicker than what I thought it was going to be done. I highly recommend this store over any of the other ones that I have been to or even calling customer service themselves

We went to the AT&T store near our home in Lafayette and it was awful, they weren't helpful or knowledgeable at all. Then we went to the Flatirons store it was so nice to speak with a helpful grownup! They were amazing and patient, they listened to what we needed and customized a perfect plan for us! Rafael was awesome!

Dan was amazing at you Broomfield, Co Flat Iron location.

He was gracious and accommodating to my needs. He replaced my screen protector in no time with a smile and pleasant words.

My daughter was being assisted with a young woman. I did not see her name, but she was extremely helpful to my daughter who had issues with her phone.

Both team members should be recognized for their customer care abilities by the Company.
It’s so difficult to find great candidates today, so it’s important that the amazing people you have in positions are valued.
