Got there at 11a.m. Already 25 people ahead of us. This must be a great place. The pulled pork and brisket were to die for. Melt in your mouth. Sides I would give 7 out of 10. Except the Cole slaw. It was great.

This BBQ is the best I’ve had in Colorado. The BBQ sauce is good, but the meat doesn’t need it at all.

The pork belly, brisket and ribs are my personal favorite (pictured)! But, I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the other meats! The staff is great for answering questions about cuts or recommendations. Even if the line looks long, it moves pretty quickly.

Not your usual BBQ place. Go up to the counter, pick the meat you want, they cut it off, and put it on the scale, which creates your $ charge. Then move down the line and pick out your individual sides. Then down to the cash register to get your drinks and pay. Very tender brisket and excellent ribs. Only open 2 days a week from 11 am to 3. Meat options available until they are gone for the day.

This place is the real deal. Pork ribs were competition winning ribs in my opinion. Pulled pork was amazing. Brisket was so tender and juicy. Pork belly melted in your mouth. Even the white bread is baked in house daily and super delicious! Highly recommend stopping in. Be prepared for a line.

It was insanely delicious. The pulled pork was full of juice and flavor.

The brisket was perfectly made. The different barbecue sauces are all delicious.

Must try the Mac and cheese side was probably the best Mac and cheese I've tried.

BBQ savant!!! Wayne makes the best brisket I have ever tasted. Only being open 8 hrs per week?!?! and get people to stand in line paying those prices, and still there being good value...f______ weird. No beer??? I am a Texan, ate BBQ all over TX & USA...NEVER have I had BBQ w/o cold beer...very strange. Again, best brisket ever in my 63 years!!! This place is awesome.....I'm going to sneak ice cold Coors in next time I go. Pairing that high quality of BBQ with ice cold American original micro beers (Coors, PBR, Hamms, Old Style, Schlitz, Schmidt, Grain Belt, Miller...) can only make for an added multiplier experience.

10/10! Service was amazing and all of the food was amazing! My fiancé and I went here for lunch and we ordered the brisket, ribs, and pork belly- everything was incredible. Get there early because there is a line but the food is 1000% worth the wait! Best BBQ spot in Colorado.

Best BBQ restaurant I have been to. The beef brisket melted in my mouth. The hot bbq sauce was amazing. I loved the bbq beans like home made. It is very cool that you get get as little or as much as you want. Sold by weight, the staff was very helpful. I will be returning soon for more.

The cobbler I would pass on next time, it was good, but was not as much of a stand out as everything else.

The meats were both incredible and juicy. The picture does not do that turkey justice, there was a puddle under it. The beans were also great.

Outrageously good for an outrageous price! Probably the best BBQ I’ve ever had, even with having been to Kansas City, St Louis and Memphis.

Please note they have limited supply and items can run out by noon, so get there on opening!

Lastly ask for the white bread it’s included, but you need to ask.

Best bbq that've eaten in Colorado. The people who work there are insanely friendly and helpful. Had the brisket, pulled pork and slaw. They were all equally delicious. Can't wait to come back try other things. Yum!

best BBQ in the state. The brisket is the best I’ve ever had anywhere, lots of other meat options that are excellent. The new larger space is really nice and was very necessary. Get there early to make sure you get what you want, they sell out often. We miss Tom...

Even on a cold morning at 40F there was a line waiting for the doors to open! Walking in the smell is amazing. The whole place is clean and the only problem is when the community style picnic tables are full, and the fill up quickly, it’s hard to get in and out of middle seating. The taste of the food is amazing! The brisket is awesome, the bones literally pull right out of the ribs, and the flavor of the pulled pork is amazing! Don’t be surprised by the cost though, this is not inexpensive. Two pieces of brisket, two ribs and a small sandwich worth of pork with a side and a sauce and a slice of bread was ~$50. Not someplace I can afford often, but what a treat!

Smoked Meats and an assortment of BBQ sauces.

You can choose whatever meats you want and then they are weighed to set the pricing. The sides are really good and the peach cobbler was excellent. It’s a good moist brisket with dry rub seasoning smoked to perfection. They have sweet tea and the butcher paper is a Texas take for sure.

I would give it 6 stars if I could! Have been missing Texas bbq and this is the place to satisfy my taste for home. No need to get my own smoker because it cannot be done better than the brisket here. Ribs were tasty as well. I’m gonna get fat and I am okay with it!

best BBQ in the Denver area I know of. brisket is famous but for me the turkey and salmon are the stars.

BEST TEXAS style BBQ in town! Will come here again and again! Undoubtedly the BEST ONE! Jeff, Jon, Sam and other staff people are amazing too!

What can I say about Wayne’s that has not already been said? Best place to get BBQ in Colorado. If you are looking for that authentic Texas style. This is the place for you. The food is a 10 the service is a 10 and the building is always clean. The owner is a nice guy full of knowledge about his food. As a Texan who prides himself on BBQ, I must say this place is a bit of Texas.
