Julie, it’s hard to impress my wife and I. It is very hard to impress my wife. And Julie’s attitude, compassion and personality Impressed my wife. She is the best of that UPS office. We’ve been in that particular store several times and her personality makes you want to come back. We came in to get things notarized, but we came back to mail parcels because of who she is and how she enjoys her job.

My husband Carl Crumpler wants to thank Julie Niering for all her help and great packing skills in sending a family heirloom ( stuffed fox) clear across the United States. It means a great deal to him. It arrived safe and sound and is now safely home. Although it was expensive to send the price doesn’t compare to the sentimental value. Thanks again Julie for all your hard work.

Shenekia had the best customer service ever. Was very kind and got me outta there in no time! I am glad to see her smiling face every time I go in the UPS store.

Julie is amazing. Once again helped me with shipping today. I honestly was on the verge of tears at the post office prior to arriving at the UPS store. But, Juile like in the past year helped me through the shipping process with ease. I can't thank her enough. ☆☆☆☆☆

Everyone is always very friendly and very helpful and I have never encountered even one small problem there. They are very professional, and know what they are doing! Julie is the bomb!

Went in to see if my clock could be safely mailed. Julie was excellent. Not an easy task! She acted excited about packing it and explained every detail, So refreshing to find someone who acts like they are really enjoying their work, and their life. AAA+.... Watched Julie pack this entire electric jeep. Trust me if you know the size of these, that is no easy job. She managed to pack it with paper to stabilize it and boxed it within multiple boxes to make sure no part could be at risk of bursting open. She always amazes me at how good she packs stuff and they always deliver without any damages. See Julie for all your big, electric, or rare pieces because she will put her all in making sure they travel without a scratch!

Making Amazon returns for items that were similar and was completely confused as to which was which with the QR codes. Julie was super patient and friendly while helping me quickly sort through it all to get it done without ever making me feel like I was a bother. Her professional and courteous attitude was even helpful keeping everyone in the long line from becoming impatient.

The staff is always pleasant! I'm frequently in this UPS store and have never had a bad experience.

Every time I come in here I'm greeted respectful & with courtesy. The smile the employees wear makes me want to wear one as well.

I dropped in last week or so and let me just say Lacy and the young man there with her are awesome! Impeccable customer service!! She was very helpful with me sending off my books as I usually go to the post office. I will definitely be using this UPS location for all of my returns from here on out!

Lacy helped me ship a package today! She was very helpful & fast. She gave me coupons & told me about some discounts UPS offers.

I also came the other day, and did not get the name of the employee that helped me but she was also very helpful! Even though their was a long line, both employees were fast and efficient while being super nice!

They are always very professional. They keep the line moving and your time in line is minimal. If you are in line for any amount of time, it is because the customer they are helping doesn’t have readily the information they need to send their package off.

I always receive excellent Customer Service at this UPS store. The team of Julie, Zion, Shenekia, and Allison are so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They never make me feel bad when I need extra help to complete my task. They are kind, patient, and courteous. The team works quickly, but is thorough and efficient. Julie is the BEST! Her leadership style and awesome work ethic provides a superb example for the other team members! Their service is greatly appreciated. We always go to our local UPS Store (Goldsboro, NC) and Julie is there to package process and ship our packages. She's a treasure.

Y’all! I can’t say enough awesome things about Julie and her staff at this store! I go here almost daily for work to send and receive packages and pick up mail. Our company gets A LOT of big or heavy boxes, and let me tell ya; Zion is a super hero! He loads the heavy boxes into my vehicle with a smile. Ethan is also pretty amazing, as he always makes a point to say hello. Customer service here has been a outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone needing to ship items out. Thanks, guy!
