AT&T Store

Jailene was AMAZING. We were in store for about an hour and a half but she made our experience a wonderful one. She was absolutely one of the best customer service people I have ever encountered.

OAN…. The day after I paid my bill I got an email offering 50% off. Must admit I was and still am very irritated. I feel like someone should honor the email. I called customer service and no help. Honestly the only reason I stayed was because of Jailene at this point.

Honestly, best tech/comm visit ever!!! Not only did I get the solution to my issue (which was an Apple issue not AT&T), but was treated like a king as the staff were all very helpful, warm and friendly! One of the managers (Henry I believe?) was engaging and upbeat to top it off.

Jay Lee my representative was very patient absolutes wonderful took the time to help me download my information to my new phone the store was very busy and he was able to multi task and take care of all the customer,he should be recognized for an excellent job. I will definitely will come back.

Brendan was great! Greeted me immediately, sorted the issue with the other store and transferred all my data while helping find accesories for my new phone.

Went in today because my old screen protector was broken. Louis helped me and put on my new screen protector. He did it super quick!! He was very friendly and did a great job!

This Christmas holiday I worked with Lillie at the midway AT&T location to get myself and my 2 daughter new iPhones! She was absolutely amazing and even took our experience a step further and assisted reviewing my internet/tv bill and how I could reduce my payments by supplying other options. Thank you Lillie for all your help! Everyone go see Lillie, she will get you what you need!

Today we went in to connect my boyfriends phone that he just purchased from apple since his old phone broke. We had Joseph J help assist us. He was so welcoming and informative from the moment we walked in. Working with him is how it should be every time. He was so knowledgeable, he got me to switch from Verizon to my boyfriends plan and add our cable as well.

Service here was great and they did a wonderful job helping me fix an issue with my SIM card, granting me a replacement that works perfectly.

I had a great experience with the AT&T workers at this location. They helped me create my own separate account when I needed to branch out from a family account and made it an easy and smooth process. Also, upgrading my phone was simple and I owe Lillie for being very kind and patient with me through it. Thank you guys for the wonderful service and great deals :) <3

Our technician was Joseph. He was super professional, very knowledgeable, & super patient with me as I wasn't sure which phone I wanted. My son was pressuring me & he said it was my choice & explained all the options. He is one of the reasons I returned..great customer service & satisfaction. He assisted me the last time I was there, too. He is worth waiting for. He assisted.menwith the phone that I needed & accessories. Thanks for a great team!

AT&T’s in-store customer service representative (“Berenis”) was super professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She really knows her stuff!

I totally expected to be in the at&t store for hours trying to get my plan changed to the first responders plan. I walked into the store and I was greeted by Jarrod who was polite, kind, and professional. He not only took care of the plan change, but he also helped me with my phone that I thought I had damaged and helped me select the proper accessories for my new iPhone mini. I don’t know if the store management knows how lucky they are to have such a dedicated professional working for them. Thank you Jarrod 😊

Going in here with my fiance to upgrade her phone was the best decision we could have made. The service and selection of devices was top notch. The sales consultant that we worked Brendan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I can't recommend this store enough for any cell phone needs!

I called the store and spoke with Herb. He provided excellent information on the phone and encouraged me to feel comfortable with any of the employees. When I arrived at the store, within five minutes or less, Jermey provided assistance to me. He was excellent with his product knowledge, made the purchase as painless as possible. What an amazing example of excellent customer service!

We had an excellent experience at AT&T. We worked with two people (Ramon & Joe M.) and they helped us with all our questions and needs. My parents were considering changing to Verizon, but they helped us understand why they were the better choice. They were polite, funny, and explained everything in a very detailed manor. They also helped us set up our new phones. Great service👏🏽💯

I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and he made me feel like he was there to help with whatever he could. They gave me a way better plan and phone for about$100 less a month than Verizon even though I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Go figure

My sales rep, Chris, was awesome! He took his time to help me with everything that I had questions about, and was super friendly & enjoyable to talk to/interact with. He definitely provided an amazing experience and I left feeling very satisfied with everything!
