I first tried Lively Up I Cells back Summer of 2020 and I’ve been hooked ever since. The care love intention that goes into making their food is evident in the the ingredients and the way it’s prepared. 3 years strong and I will continue on supporting this business. This is sure to please the pickiest eaters of any age. You can’t go wrong from The fritters with seamoss sauce, to the soups, pastas, raw foods, juices, and deserts. . honestly try everything on the menu you’ll be grateful that you did.

SO GOOOOD!! Oooh i don’t want to know what’s in it cause it might be illegal‼ The best vegan food I’ve ever tasted. Can’t pick a favorite between jerk mushrooms, VEGGIE FRITTERS, or the quinoa but everything was top tier quality and DELICIOUS. My favorite thing is the sea moss sauce YUMMO‼

The food is absolutely amazing very vibrant fresh flavors with a unique twist things that I wouldn’t normally eat were the first to disappear on my plate like jerk mushrooms left me speechless I can tell this sister made her food with lots of love hand picked and fresh HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if your thinking about eating more consciously Make sure to try her veggie fritters Which she also fries them ON SITE !!!!! 😩🙌🏾 let her know #QueensOnAMission Sent you

The food was very good, seasoned to perfection and very good customer Service. I'll most definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place if you want to good , tasty vegan food cook from scratch and with friendly customer service.

This Food Was Astonishing!!!, Food was so good my brother was crying while eating 😆I got a favorite thing off the menu already that veggie platter, this is true high quality indigenous plant based food OoooWeee loving how it's was soooo much flavor at one time that didn't clash. I wish I could have some shipped to my home😁. Like all of the food complimented each other. OoooWeee that sauce. There was also a Option I might need get next time which is the Little bit of everything OoooWeee that sounds like something I can get down with😆. 20 out of 10 on the food I just knew I had to get a plate after that sample. It was so good I still had the tooth pick in my pocket when we drove home to another state🤣 also in enjoyed the welcoming service we received it was like being at a cookout with family. Definitely looking forward to returning could eat this at least 4 time a week.

The food is amazing, the family is beautiful, and the atmosphere they created for their customers is phenomenal!!

I got the veggie fritters and the jerk mushroom platter and all I can say is WOW!! They gave me a full plate that left me with plenty of food left over and the food tasted even better the next day!!

Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back for more!

One of my favorite go to plant-based spots in the ATL. You can tell they make everything with quality ingredients and love.The food, the service, never disappoints!

Their food is so amazing that I literally started tearing up while eating it😂😭, and this is not a exaggeration, you can probably see my brother in the reviews section commented on that as well, so yes that is TRULY HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS. The fritters, jerk mushrooms, plantains, the greens, everything VEGAN and tastes so delicious individually but goes well with each other at the same time. Not to mentioned that sauce😮‍💨😮‍💨 that sauce is just like that finishing touch on the already amazing food and just made everything even better. The owner is super kind and friendly, she was explaining to my brothers and I about the dishes very patiently. I had some modifications on my order and she had no problem with that. Overall I had a wonderful experience eating there, and I am for sure gonna come back again for MORE!!

The food here is fantastic as well as the customer service! We were offered samples of every item so it made it easy to know we wanted to get a plate with everything on it! The flavors were amazing and it’s all plant based! I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Omg this is what I've been waiting to find. Food that is filling and healthy without the meat substitutes. I had the fritters with ginger sauce, collard greens, jerk mushrooms and yellow rice. Everyone was super friendly in this family owned business and I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. They are only open Friday-Sunday at this location but do pop up shops throughout the state. You have to try it! The Chef was very passionate about his work and you can tell all the employees were having a nice time and loved what they do. Good vibes and food all around.

Pros: 100% Vegan, Well seasoned, All natural and organic

Cons: Only open on the weekends, A little pricey but portions are enough for two, You will want to stay and eat there all day

Absolutely Delicious
It’s always been a struggle trying to find healthy vegan food on my side of town, but when I visited NBWS this past weekend I was so happy to discover this black-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant! I especially loved that they give out samples before you purchase! Having a gluten allergy makes it even harder for me to find food when ever I decide to go out and eat. I’m just so grateful I found out about this place! 10/10!

Hands down some of the best vegan food I’ve had in Atlanta. From the customer service to the food. Whether you’re vegan or not, you gonna get your life. My favorite dish is probably those daggon fritters with seamoss sauce!! Bussin!!

I been eating this food way before it was branded and they ain’t never disappointed me. The food is so good fresh and definitely all vegan.

Food stop is located currently in black Wall Street her food is seasoned so well.

My only complaint is that they’re not open more often! I craved their food and went looking for them on a Thursday and they were closed (my fault, I should have looked them up). Some of the best warm whole food and comforting vegan food you find in the USA period! Thank you for what you do! I will be back on the right day!

I had the Veggie fritters w/ sea moss sauce! It was delicious! I made a salad yesterday and it was trash. I was like "Bruh I needa go somewhere and get some sauce...I need some sauce to make it better" So Thank GOD!! I pulled up to my sis @ Lively UP I Cells, she came through and had exactly what I needed some Seamoss Sauce with the fritters!

All plant-based! It was so good I didn't even get a proper picture of my food! 10/10 would recommend! I wanna try the jerk mushrooms next!

This is the BEST vegan Caribbean food in Atlanta! I recommend the Jerk mushrooms but they got something for everybody.
