Excellent experience with Scott and his team. From listening to us in the design process to dealing with water and sand issues they were responsive and reliable and innovative in solving some of our unique issues. I’d highly recommend Cool Wave pools.

Just good people. As a first time pool owner, everyone there I have interacted with has been great over multiple visits. I went from knowing absolutely nothing to being able to maintain the pool for the most part. They know what they are doing, and have excellent attention to detail. Only downside, and I don't see it as much of one... They may not always be exactly precise and on time, which they have always provided outstanding service when they came, and diligence takes time (so to other customers, be patient, they're worth it). So, maybe working in time windows is more the way to go.

From the very beginning Scott was great to work with having a idea and a look I had for our pool he put our wants and ideas to work in creating a pool that our family will enjoy for years to come. Scott listens to you and his team was always able to answer questions we had and always treated us right. Tony was great to work with as well always answering questions and coming over after hours if need be. The entire project from start to finish was a great experience and would highly recommend Cool Wave Pools to anyone to turning their backyard into a resort for your family . Thanks again to Scott and Tony for making this decision one that we are glad in to choosing Cool Wave Pools as our pool builder.

Scott was great to work with. As we designed and built the pool he was responsive, attentive, and had great suggestions and insight. We used Coolwaves to design and build our dream pool. Nothing but professional and amazing work. My neighbor and I started building at the same time and he used a different builder. His pool is still not completed and we have been done for months. Let’s just say you get what you pay for. Every time Scott said he or a contractor would show they showed up. Scott is absolutely the best. He is very caring and takes time to explain everything in great detail. We had a very difficult project for him including tearing out a damaged fiberglass pool, spa, tons of stone decking, uneven ground, etc. Scott and his subcontractors installed a beautiful rectangular 14’ x 30’ pool in our backyard that we retired folks are going to enjoy for many years to come.
