My massage with Kiah was fabulous. She listens and knows just the right points to work on and uses the perfect amount of pressure for different areas. I felt 100% better afterwards. Thanks Kiah!!

I have had several of their employees give me a massage and they are all different but good! I like staying with one person but when my schedule doesn't allow me that the owners and staff pick someone who's a good match for me. Owners and front desk people are all really kind and efficient. I always feel great from the time I arrive till I leave in a massage coma 🤣

Another 5-star experience at ME Brookfield! My masseuse, Mariana was absolutely amazing! She expertly found all my trouble spots.
All the staff is great, especially helping me with scheduling changes as they come up. They're all so nice and understanding, and they're super about calling back, which isn't very common these days! I personally appreciate all their efforts!

Another excellent experience today. Everyone at the front is always so friendly and helpful. My therapist Zach gave me a wonderful 60 minute massage today. He is so talented and strong. His extra firm pressure, which I needed, and his technique is perfection. I left feeling so relaxed. I have been a member for around 15 years and love Massage Envy.

Hyunyoung was amazing! She took the time to explain and ask my preferences and where I preferred for her to work on. I am very ticklish, however she worked magic with her hands and not only did I feel relaxed I also felt my muscles also more relaxed. Alex, who works at the front counter, has great customer service skills. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond to answer my questions, book appointments, and remembers what products I like.

Kiah is an incredible massage therapist. She does great deep tissue work, very professional, and a lovely person. She has helped me with lower back issues and I always leave feeling refreshed.

When I first walked in Michelle greeted me with a warm smile and directed me to a lounge area to go over electronic forms and get an in depth medical. I have a lot going only physically so I was happy for the concern. Then I met me masseuse Kiah who gave me the best massage of MY LIFE and I’m 49! I asked for firm pressure and she delivered! She worked out knots that were there for over a year. She also integrated stretch with some of the massage which felt amazing. I left like a big marshmallow of relaxation. So skilled I signed up for the monthly package and look forward to going back!

I rarely do reviews but after I had my second facial since the new owners took over l felt I had too. My whole experience was wonderful. Molly was very professional and my skin was glowing by the time she’d finished. All the staff are lovely and very helpful, can’t wait until I go again to relax and rejuvenate :)

I had an excellent experience at Massage Envy in Brookfield. From making the appointment over the phone, to the greeting at the front desk and answering the screening questions, everyone was friendly, warm and professional. The facility was clean and relaxing, and the massage room was comfortable and warm. The massage therapist checked in with me regularly regarding the pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I feel great and will definitely go back.

The new ownership at Massage Envy on Federal Rd in Brookfield is absolutely fantastic. I had a 60 min massage there yesterday after my back and neck had been sore for weeks. I walked out feeling 100%! The staff and service was extremely helpful and professional and they recommended exactly what I needed. Definitely will be back! 10/10

Elaine was terrific, knowledgeable and very professional. She knew exactly what was causing the tightness in my legs and helped me with relaxing my muscles to allow her to release the tension. I went in for reflexology and she went above and beyond to take care of me! Very happy and I’ll be going back soon!
