Mercies Coffee

First time going and I’m already in Love 🥰 truly feel like this place is a gift from God. The place, the people, the food. 10 out of 10 recommend. Cleanliness, Food, Service, Relaxing Music, Smells lol all a 10. Good atmosphere for all ages. Great place to have a Bible study as well.

Very nice and well designed coffee shop on the east side. Came for a quick latte and got great service from the barista. Lots of seating inside and out. Def check this place out, looks a little unassuming from the outside being in the strip mall. The do other drinks beyond coffee and some food.

This is my new favorite spot for coffee on the east side! I got the sunrise breakfast sandwich on a croissant and it was easily the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in Madison. I also got an oat milk mocha, which was phenomenal. My husband was really impressed with his order as well. You can tell someone put a lot of care and thought into each item to make it high quality and work together well. The staff was super friendly and helpful to boot. Already looking forward to going back!

They make their own whipped cream and it’s heavenly. Great ambiance, fresh food, and great coffee. I’d love to reserve their little room in the back one day, too, for a gathering. Always a great experience!

Mercies has become a must stop shop whenever I’m in the madison area. I love their iced mochas. The food options are amazing and I try something I’ve never had before, and love it every time! The atmosphere is amazing, I spent the majority of an afternoon working from this location! The staff are so friendly. You can tell the owner really cares about providing an environment where all feel welcomed! It’s amazing to go somewhere that serves upscale items, at great prices, and in such a comfortable environment. Oh and I picked up a thermos last time!!! As I say before I give my order, “when in Madison… mercies!”

Loved this coffee shop and its whole vibe! It was the perfect stop to take a break and get a pick-me-up during a long cross country road trip. Everyone was so uplifting and kind and it really added to the overall experience. Definitely recommend supporting this small local business!!

We love coming here for coffee and food. Mallory and her staff always provide excellent service. This is by far our favorite place to get coffee in Madison! They have delicious food and special seasonal drinks. The a lot of their syrups are made in house so the quality is amazing. Pay them a visit if you're visiting!

I recently started going to Mercie’s because of their great lattes and top notch service. I just left Mercie’s moments ago and needed to express my gratitude. I unfortunately dropped my latte as I was exiting the store. I went back in and without hesitation they made me another latte and were more concerned that I was ok, ensuring I didn’t slip or fall in the parking lot. I stopped into Mercie's while on a recent trip to Madison. First of all, thank you for being open early! It should be illegal to own a coffee shop and open at 8PM or later and thankfully Mercie's opens up nice and early on weekdays and was a great early morning stop.

I ordered a cup of their dark roast coffee that was delicious and also ordered one of their breakfast toasts. The toast is a thick cut of sourdough bread and is topped with peanut butter, bananas, homemade granola and a drizzle of honey. This is a fork and knife sort of toast and is absolutely dynamite. Packed with flavor and freshness, this is the sort of toast you could eat every single day and never grow tired of it.

Mercie's has a great, hip vibe to it and is the kind of place that you could fire up the laptop, enjoy some coffee and get some work done.

All in all, an excellent spot! One I will certainly be back to when in Madison next!

Probably the best mocha latte I've had in a decade. So good, and not overly sweet like most places.

If you have a few minutes, this is a great coffee shop. Had the signature breakfast sandwich and it was really, really good; but the coffee! My cappuccino was spot on. Of the hundreds of coffee shops I’ve visited across the country, and I mean hundreds, this one is in the top three. Maybe even number two. That’s saying something. Drop by, take your time, and I hope your coffee is as good as the ones I had!

Such a comfortable environment with wonderful/ friendly staff. Family friendly and excellent food/coffee. About the only place I can find that does pour overs and they do a stellar job at that! Lots of stuff made in house, which makes the experience unique every time! Definitely stop here!

I always loved the previous cafe, but Mercies is a wonderful fresh perspective. Light and comfortable, delicious food you can tell is prepared by someone who cares, and you can’t help but want to support their mission and bring awareness to trafficking, I will be back again soon!

First time stop and it will not be the last. This place is beautiful in both physical and personnel. Enjoyed a great cortado while catching up on work items. Such a welcome place than the chains.

Great little cafe! Love the mason jars for iced drinks. Food is very fresh and colourful, tastes great! Wonderful atmosphere, love the decor and colours, much brighter than the last place that was here.

Bathrooms are nice and clean. Automatic soap and paper towel dispensers are nice touch especially in covid world.

Wish they were open on Sundays for brunch and open longer on Saturdays, but maybe they will change that in the future.

I had the breakfast burrito and it was the best one I've had! Perfect amount of each ingredient.

The staff are also very nice and welcoming. Overall a great place to grab a bite to eat, get some coffee, and relax. Hope this shop sticks around for good!

Mallory and her team give great customer service every time I stop by on my way to work. The coffee and chai are delicious and they have such fun seasonal flavors that you must check out!

Also if you miss eggnog lattes like me, you’re gonna wanna stop by this month to get yours!

Stopped in today for a little event we had in the back room. The place was clean.

The menu was very limited. I had the roast beef as a salad. It was delicious!!!

Everyone was very friendly.

i’ve been coming to Mercies for awhile now and it’s one of my go to coffee shops. they really seem to put a ton of effort into making sure their espresso is dialed in correctly, properly steamed milk, and overall drinks that taste amazing. as a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur;) i love Mercies coffee. the staff remember your name and overall make the experience wonderful all around. not to mention them raising awareness about human trafficking as well. if you haven’t stopped in yet, this should be your next stop!

Mercies Coffee is one of my absolute favorite coffee places! They always have such great service and the place is so cute and welcoming! Love all the healthy options and they taste so good! I highly recommend thier Coffee Date smoothie with protein powder! My favorite!

Such a great addition to Madison, amazing service beautiful atmosphere with spectacular drinks and food options. This is the perfect spot to meet up with family, friends, study do business or just stop in alone because because the welcoming feeling is not missed! Hands down best Matcha!!!
