Far and above the best post office personnel I have ever interacted with. Everyone there is always polite, efficient, and willing to answer any questions or issues that myself or our company has had. Facility is kept neat and clean as well, great work!

This morning the young lady who helped me went way up and beyond her job. I messed up dropping off a letter meant for the Lithopolis water department and she was a great help. Very professional and helpful.

Typical post office...but we make fun of banker's hours? They are never open!

If you call during office hours no one answers the phone. It will ring for 3+ minutes before it disconnects you.

If you ship anything media mail they will open each item that has been shipped destroying the package material. Terrible customer service. Terrible management of mail. Do not recommend. Be warned of spending money on shipping to only turn around to pay again. Horrible experience across the board.
