Recently I've been fighting adult acne which has made me so self conscious duh to severe hypertension & acne scars. I've gone to several Ulta's & Sephora with no luck. No shade but there is an overwhelming lack of ability to cater to people of color in Arizona. I've been here 2 years & this problem has been ongoing as I've tried stores all over the Valley. I've been ignored, talked down to, and not listened to so much so that I only buy makeup when I go to Atlanta or NY to visit family. Well today I went to the Ray Rd Sephora location because I'm going on a birthday vacation & need some products. I went online & found some Yummy products that I was interested in and went in praying for a miracle. Immediately I was greeted by Monty. I asked if there was anyone that could assist me with some products & Monty was more than happy to help me. I explained what I was looking for and my issues due to the new acne scars. Monty was wonderful. He listened & even made recommendations on other products. I was able to find what I was looking for & I will definitely be back for some other products that were recommended.

Thanks so much Monty. As long as you're at Ray Rd this will be my new Sephora.

I am so excited this new location suddenly appeared here!! All the staff are so kind and helpful, they were also able to accommodate a tricky return/exchange for me. I can't wait to go back!
