HMH CareFirst Urgent Care Center - Elizabethtown

This experience was pleasantly surprising. Most Urgent care physicians don’t care about you because they have so many patients to see per day. But today I felt seen and heard and was well taken care of. I appreciated the staff today and how quick they were. I had to do a review for the great service today!

We were checked in immediately for our daughter. Triaged right away. We came at 9pm, and they close at 9:30. The nurse already had notes from the provider before we left triage to run certain tests.
We were immediately taken back to a room. We waited about 15 minutes (length of tests).
Staff was courteous and immediately came in and explained everything. It took about 2-3 minutes to check us out.
This was my 1st time here. It’s the fastest I’ve ever been seen at an urgent care. I like they were open til 9:30 instead of 8pm like everyone else.

It was such a beautiful experience the way they treated my sister and my mom when they had Covid, staff is wonderful, smiling very easy-going very helpful. They took good care of my mother and my sister very quick with no time and the doctor explained everything so well such a nice doctor I thank him so much, as much as I’ve been to our hospitals, I was never treated the way they treated me at this urgent care center. I love all the stuff. Thank you so much for the help. Thank you for helping my mother and getting us in and out very quick. I am very thankful.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. I will be making this the Urgent Care I go to now.

I ALWAYS have a positive experience at this Urgent Care!!!! They're kind professional and ALWAYS are informative on what my ailment is. I prefer them anytime I need immediate care. 10 stars for the place!!!!

Facility is clean, registrants are pleasant and professional and call you in the order you sign in on the IPad. Triage nurse did the swobbings for flu/strep, which makes the process go a little faster and they had my daughter back to a room as quick as they could. With it being flu season, you should always expect a wait especially if the waiting room is full. The Dr. was great, he explained everything very well. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

We are from TN and was in town for a wedding, unfortunately my mom fell and broke her elbow. The only place we knew that was nearby was the ER but after a quick Google search we found this urgent care and decided to come here instead and I'm glad we did. The staff and the doctor were amazing! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for an urgent care close by.

Everytime we have had to make the dreaded visit to a doctor, we have gone to urgent care in Elizabethtown off ring road. As for the staff, anyone of them that we have encountered are very friendly. We get put in a room to be seen by the physician in a very timely manner. Usually within 20 minutes often almost immediately we are put in a room. Then a doctor is in the room within 20 to 30 minutes. We have not been there for more than an hour, from signing in to being released. One of the best places to go in my opinion. Just take a look at the waiting room, there's never more than a handful of people waiting.

The staff at Carefirst health was amazing! I was in touch with at least 5 different ppl and everyone of them were upbeat and positive. They were quick and informative. I just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff! Keep doing what you're doing!

I've been twice recently for 2 separate reasons and both times was a positive experience. My wait time was much shorter than expected. Cant say much about the reception as i didnt talk to them much beyond "sign in and grab a clipboard", but the nurses and Dr were all very friendly.

The staff here are always knowledgeable and friendly. I am thankful to have them as a support when getting into my general practitioner is not an option.

Never have I been treated unprofessionally or rude. It is clean, fast (compared to ER) and efficient. The doctors taking care of us always took the time to answer all our questions.

I have four children and every time we've ever needed urgent care they have been friendly helpful and got us where we needed to go... I am so thankful we have this place in our town. Great staff and I have never been treated with anything but respect and they've always been so caring toward my children.

Traveling from Indiana. Had a sick little boy needing to be seen. Google center, called to make sure they took our insurance. Very nice from the phone call to the visit and everything between. High recommend! Thank you!!!

Excellent doctors. Doctor Elliot was very attentive and takes time to ask questions to determine the problem. Would never hesitate to go here if needed again.

X-ray and diagnosis within an hour. Very friendly staff and Physician Assistant seemed very knowledgeable. Will come here again.

The triage nurse I had was fantastic. The entire staff was great. In and out in less than an hour.

The staff at this location are amazing, had a horrible experience at the Radcliffe location, came to this one and they went out of thir way to help!!!! Will go here from now on.

I've been here a handful of times and have always had a wonderful experience. Great care!

The facility is clean the staff was friendly and I was taken care of. I would recommend being the first to beat the crowd.
