This place is amazing! Best falafels I have ever had.

I was not expecting a Falafal dining in Alaska, being from Michigan which is the hub of Falafals,and used to eating them they are doing real decent jobs in making vegetable Falafal sandwiches. The host are really nice and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. They have only outdoor seating which is nice. Overall good place to take a snack on your way to Dinali.

Best falafel I ever ate, similar to New York. Wish it was open for longer hours. Hard to find good food in central Alaska and this place is definitely a go. Great experience for 1st timer. My buddy had it for the first time and he absurdly loved it. Don't be afraid to try this amazing food.

Felafel is so crispy and moist! Really a refreshing and delicious meal. The outside eating area is super cozy and the music is great. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing coffee! It's a must try for a different experience. The spices in coffee are just great. If you don't stir it, the first cup is really good with mild amount of spices and the second cup is heavy on spices. So you get a ramp up on spices.

Pita was good as well, a little salty for my taste. But still quite tasty.

Their pita wrap is delicious and very filling. We also ordered Turkish coffee to top it off and it was blissful on the cold spring afternoon

There was a long queue in front of this restaurant waiting for falafel. That’s how we knew we were at the right place for lunch.

Holy Falafel! Wear some adjustable pants and prepare for a feast of freshness and flavor. This place has been around for a while and started from a humble trailer. Now it has blossomed into this beautiful restaurant, easily accessible, with great outdoor dining space. Always busy, but quick to order and quick to eat. Make sure to make it one of your essential stops, it’s on my list every time I’m in Fairbanks.

Good food and wide non-alcoholic drink selection. Lots of outdoor seating and some indoor space. Perfect quick lunch spot. Also enjoy the oversized chess board and Connect 4.

Best food in Fairbanks. Worked here for many years and I can attest to the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Vegan and vegetarian options, gluten free options as well. Always fresh veggies, local in the summer when they are available. The falafel is unrivaled in it's flavor, I can't give away the secret mixture to the falafel but a lot of thought was put into it. The eating area is outdoor with some indoor seating as well. Very cute areas to eat and to hangout. If you want a fun experience and fantastic food, look no further.

What is there to say about this local treasure that hasn't been said before. The food is top notch. Literally my favorite spot in Fairbanks. The outside seating area is cozy. The staff is always smiling. The owner is a class act.

Today, I arrived on my bicycle, happy that I was in the area while they were open (their hours of operation are my only complaint). I got a veggie falafel and a soda. The owner was kind enough to give me my soda for free because I rode a bike to his shop. That simple 2 dollar soda was the gesture today that made my day. A simple act of kindness to a person lifted my outlook for the day. Gratitude to that man and a pleasure to be a customer again.

Menu is limited but the falafel we had was really good. They have a cool little game that uses a ball that tries to follow a track on the walls.

Probably the best falafel pita sandwich I ever had. Local ingredients and affordable. The sizes are big so I went with half of a pita and was still full. If you bike in you get s free drink. The lines are long but they move quickly. Plenty of spots to sit.
