Cypress Village

Living in Cypress Village is a dream come true the townhouses are well built, and luxurious! Brittany,the office mgr goes above & beyond to make sure everything runs smooth in our neighborhood! We absolutely love Mr. Pete,and Chase, they are amazing and take care of maintenance issues promptly! When our dog Phoebe sees them on their rounds through the neighborhood, she gets really excited! Virginia is very helpful and friendly! Overall, we look forward to coming home to Cypress after a long night of work, it is quiet and peaceful here!

The staff in the office, Brittany and Karyn, are helpful and stay on top of anything that needs to be repaired.

We have only lived here for 3 months now, but it is already the best place we've lived at. Any issues are taken care of immediately, and the staff, from the front office to maintenance, couldn't be more amazing! The build quality is higher than most houses I've looked at as well. We are never able to hear our neighbors, and we can sit outside and listen to a concert from the Wharf, only to walk inside and not hear anything. We definitely intend to make this our home, only until we actually buy a home out here.

Brittany and Mr. Pete truly make living here a pleasure. It feels more like a community than any place I have rented. I see the staff going above and beyond for our senior and special needs neighbors. The patience and urgency required for maintaining a property this size is amazing.

We have lived here for 6 months and it an excellent place to live...the apartments are huge and the pool is beautiful..Cindy in the office is very helpful...I hope to live here for a while....
