This beach home was amazing!! Beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and more. The elevator was the best part, since we had two elderly women with us. Our first family girls trip was a blast! Don't worry about bringing beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. This place has it all. The management group was amazing to work with and so helpful. We most definitely will be back!!

I can not get over how beautiful and perfect this house was for my wedding! There was so much room inside and outside the house to hang out! Beach was stunning as well. Only complaint I have is that the heat was just too much for the A/C to handle the third floor which is to no fault of anyone. Also, it would have been 100% better if there was a walk way to the beach built like off the second floor. Will definitely be looking into this house again in the future! Had such an amazing time here!

This was the perfect condo for our two families to share while vacationing together! The corner unit views are stunning and the pictures are just like it looks in real life! The kids had a great time in the kids bunk room. Short walk right to the beach on the property. The kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub on the chilly days as well!

A lovely 2-bedroom & 2 bath condo. Spacious covered balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs made for easy comfort. Ocean view was 180 degrees of ocean vista. Managing agent was very helpful with the only issue we had. Easy parking & door entry code. We liked Romar Tower 6B!

This condo was very nice! Very clean and a great view. Loved the location. Had a little trouble with the tvs but they came right away and got it all fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay with SoLux properties were so easy to book and super great to work with! We ended up showing up way early before our check in time and I sent a message and they allowed us to get into our room early! Great company to book with!

Romar Towers has become our go to for the gulf. Mrs. Polly has always been very good to us on getting us in and the condo has always been so clean and comfy! Closest place we have stayed to the sand and water with a great pool.

Beautiful condo, excellent facilities and prime beach location. Close to excellent restaurants and stores for any additional needs. Will definitely return for another stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the Condo. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, the beds were comfortable and the views of the Gulf were amazing.

What a beautiful complex to enjoy with your family. The weather is very unpredictable but with staying with Solux we had options of indoor and outdoor pools. It was beautiful designed and had all the comforts of home.

This condo was one of the best that we have stayed in so far! We felt right at home. The view was amazing! I literally stayed on the huge balcony whenever I was not on the beach because of the fantastic view. The chairs on the deck were in excellent condition and there were cushions in a storage box if needed. The inside of the condo was decorated beautifully. Not once did we feel like we were staying somewhere other than we were meant to be. The master bedroom was huge! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if you were planning on cooking/dining in. The A/C worked amazingly well! We did not have to adjust the temp at all. The water pressure in the showers was great! I think I can honestly say this was one of the best vacations we have experienced. Not only because of how great the condo was, but also because of how the owners treated us. From the time we booked the condo they stayed in touch about everything I needed to know. If I had questions, they responded almost immediately with an answer. They put my mind at ease the entire time. I highly recommend this condo.

We stayed at Seawinds 1407 for 5 nights with our kids. It is the perfect location, and the view from the balcony is beautiful! The condo is spacious and nicely decorated, well-stocked with items you might need during your stay. I felt the unit was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds were all comfy, too! The kids enjoyed the pool. It is on the smaller side, but it was never crowded since we came during the off season. We never had issues with waiting for the elevator. Parking spaces are tight, but that is to be expected for the size of the building/number of units. Overall, great experience and would recommend this condo!

Very Clean, Very roomy, Perfect place to stay for a large family. Perfectly located between a beautiful Lake, the Ocean which are both within close walking distance and 10 Minute drive to Pensacola Florida. There is a Swimming pool in the backyard and an awesome picnic area to enjoy all to you yourself. Fun Fun Fun! Highly recommended!!!

Polly and her team are thoughtful, caring, quick to respond to any issues and provide a large amount of information pertaining to the area, events plus weather related issues. Extremely ell done.

We booked a condo through Solux Properties for my mothers birthday. The place was wonderful, and the agent was so friendly and easy to work with. Communication was excellent, and we had a fabulous stay. We would definitely book through Solux for future visits to the beach.

Our entire extended family had a wonderful time! The room was very nice and large! The amenities were awesome! We will be back!

The management was very courteous and professional the entire time and answered emails and correspondence promptly. Polly was awesome!!!!

We took our older three girls down to Gulf Shores for vacation the first time three years ago. We didn’t know quite what to expect that first time, but learned some good lessons …. Mostly when we came back we wanted to be somewhere with a direct beach view, easy and direct beach access, and a nice large pool. This place not only met but exceeded all of our expectations….I LOVED the skywalk and super simple access to the beach with a chair rental place right next to the steps down… no more parking once you found a public access, lugging a wagon across the road, etc. (Note: lots of families did have wagons and the elevators and skywalk made it super convenient for them as well!). The girls loved the large pool and so many other families to hang out with. Our youngest saw the ocean for the first time and love it! ….she would sit out on the large balcony and just play there watching the ocean when we were having down time… parking was fantastic and the place was really nice. Felt very comfortable during our weeklong stay which is hard to do with a family of 6! Had a Walmart delivery ready to arrive that I arranged on our drive down and they delivered right up to the 12th floor. The trip was wonderful and we chose the exact right place to stay. Definitely coming back here next time!
