EXCELLENT customer service in all the departments I've been to!!!! Very friendly and helpful!!! This location has changed my opinion on shopping at Lowe's. I used to only shop at Home Depot, but the employees at this location are just wonderful !!!

I actually work at a competitor to this Lowe’s, but came here because they sell decently priced utility trailers. Stephanie at customer service and Cheyenne were friendly and extremely helpful in getting me all set to take home a brand new trailer.

I love Lowe's! David in tools was very helpful on my last visit to help me find fence planks that matched what I needed.

Usually I’m disappointed when going to Lowe’s but this place was well maintained, had what I needed and I was even assisted by an employee without asking. Awesome.

They have a special crew there, between Dee, Mike, Shannon, and the rest it's won me over as my favorite lumber yard. Good ppl can make a great experience.

I had a great experience here on Sunday. Natalia (with pink hair) was incredibly helpful. An item that was showing in stock online was not displayed where it should have been and Natalia was called over to help. She had a great attitude, looked for the item on the upper storage racks, moved things out of the way to see behind them, and ultimately found the additional stock. And then I find out that her shift had just been extended because someone called in, and she still had a great attitude! I really appreciated this level of service as it's hard to find these days. Thank you!

I had to return an item. The store manager tried for almost an hour to get the computer system to acknowledge this item. I want to thank him for the time and effort he put into helping out with this situation. I love Lowe's!!!!

Wow! Great little store. Thanks to gentlemen in plumbing who put the well bladder on a dolly and loaded into my vehicle. And the three cashiers were so very nice. Highly recommend this store. Lots of agricultural items other rural or metro stores won't carry. Great job. I'd love to come back.

Tiffany in the appliances was very helpful and has great customer service. Tiffany went above and beyond to help us carry our other items. We bought a dryer and different things. Great employee.

Keisha in window coverings and flooring has been awesome!! We were going to put new shades in our new house and she was able to get amazing discounts!! We ultimately did not purchase the shades but not because of Keisha or Lowe's. Now we've purchased new vinyl plank flooring. Great advice from Keisha and once again fabulous discounts! This young lady really knows her business and works super hard for her customers!! Highly recommend Keisha at Lowe's. Actually we have not had a negative experience at the Brenham store!

It's fine. A well stocked large big box home improvement store. The folks in the paint section were very helpful. As were the other people we asked for help from.

I'm actually shocked and impressed at the same time. Every aisle I went down, there was an employee asking me if I needed help. WOW!! NEVER BEEN TO A LOWES WHERE THIS EVER HAPPENED. Great job and keep it up team! Prices were low also. Amazed!

Stopped in for plumbing supplies, keys made and outdoor pavers. The entire staff was as courteous as could be especially Julie who was extremely knowledgeable in the outdoor patio area.

In other places where I have lived, I have been disappointed in Lowe's, but here in Brenham, Lowe's customer service and inventory far outweighs the competition. We have purchased major appliances, lots of lighting fixtures, plenty of garden tools, tons of wood, and many other items and have been very pleased.

Excellent customer service & promos
There was a promo for a free battery with a circular saw. They didn't have any single battery packs, so they gave me a double pack.
Another time I came to pick up a stove. After installing it, I found that it was broken. They managed to take it back & order me a better model, free of charge.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, as always. Stephanie in the appliance department helped me pick out a dishwasher and made sure I had the things I would need to install it. I also asked her about some of my home appliances, like how to keep them running tip-top and what I should use to clean them. Very informative, patient, and wonderful lady. I always get that at Lowe's - friendly staff that really know their products and are willing to help in any way they can. Always a pleasure to buy here.
