Tim Hortons

Like I said in previous reviews, customer service means everything to me. From start to finish, I was only there approximately 8 minutes. That was from the time I pulled into the parking lot, to the time I was through the entire drive-thru line and on my way. I'm sure it would have been faster had the person in front of me knew what they wanted to order when they got up to the speaker. But I was very happy with the speed of service considering it was 8:30 in the morning on a Friday. The lady on the speaker was super nice and polite and that transition right onto the gentleman that handed me my food at the window. I will definitely visit this Tim Hortons again!

The individuals working at this location are always so pleasant and courteous. They serve delicious coffee, donuts and breakfast meals, and they do it with a smile!

Excellent coffee shop near I 94. Not a local mom and pop type store, but is still quaint and peaceful with plenty of outlets available for working with electronics.

Food is pretty cold. The hash browns a soggy and English muffins are raw. But the best coffee

Ordered donuts for event. Friendly business oriented person took phone order. They were ready as scheduled.

I don’t know who was working today( March 31st at noon) but my cinnamon sugar cold brew with cold foam was made better today than any other time I’ve gotten it. I’d even say it was better or equal to most of the Starbucks drinks that I’ve gotten and for half the price. So whoever was working then great job. 11/10

Picked up a few doordash orders here along with a coffee and a grilled cheese for myself. The employees are super helpful! If there ever missing an item there substitutions are very accommodating. Convenient location right off I94!

Always great service and product. There can be a wait at drive thru if you hit it at the wrong time, but who doesn't mind waiting for awesomeness!

This is a great Tim Hortons. I usually get an ice cap.. always super yummy and the employees are all very professional and kind. N my dog is always a big TH fan too. He's always excited about his Tim bit.

Usually a line here but they clear it out fairly quickly. The coffee is always great here.

This store has excellent customer service!

It's a very clean friendly and cozy inside (especially with the electric fireplace) never really crowded which I like. Drive thru is pretty quick compared to the other Tim Hortons in the area! More like a 4.5 stars (had a worker look a me like I gave her a test when the total came to $10.18 I handed her a 20...she typed it in the register then I found and gave her a quarter to get back a ten. I told her I would help do the math with her 😞 but she got a manager to confirm the change who then looked at her like really!?) To be fair thats happened a few times at different places...pay attention in math class...yes you will use It!

I go to this location all the time. The service is fine but today I was very pleased with it. I was greeted right away by Preston, who I haven't seen there before. He was very friendly, smiled, didn't rush us but was still quick and efficient. After we finished our order he did the upsell for the smile cookie making sure to mention the proceeds go to charity. I was glad he mentioned it because I came in intending to buy one but didn't see any in the display case so I didn't ask. Another employee had started making my iced coffee and I noticed him using the sugar syrup and realized I'd forgotten to specify I wanted the granulated sugar. He very nicely offered to start over for me, no problem, even though it was my mistake. But he was on drive thru so Preston made my new coffee. Everything was perfect. I didn't catch the other employee's name but I made sure to get Preston's because I'd never received such polite, helpful service at this location.

This place is great! Staff is awesome and fast drive up? And not lets forget the Coffee and coffee spacial (drinks?) lives up to my expectations, from Tim Hortons. Keep doing, which you're doing during this Covid-19 lock down time and you keep getting my business! Thank you for bringing a little bit of happiness to these days! ;-) Take care and Be Safe. RMC

This is the ONLY Tim Hortons location I will go to. Never been to a place that pays it forward as much as here! We take care of our community and treat eachother with kindness. Keep up the good work.

Great sandwiches and pastries, coffee is so so, I don't see the big deal about it really. Expensive to me when it comes to carry out or dine in for fast food but times are a changing

I love the coffee some days l go more once to get my coffee fixs.love the staff they always smile. And happy. The group in the pm are very friendly as well. The staff always makes my day..
