Don Chiquito's Mexican Restaurant

I love this restaurant it is my new go to place for delicious authentic Mexican food! I was starving one night back in February when it was really cold and I was craving chicken mole so bad! I haven’t found very many authentic Mexican restaurants in Denton that make Chicken Mole. So I was so excited when I came across Don Chiquitos! They have the best Chicken Mole I have ever had! It was so full of flavor and I also got so full!

They give you really big portion sizes! It’s also really affordable a lot more affordable than most restaurants! I have also tried their Al pastor tacos and they are amazing! Im already addicted to Don Chiquitos food and the cheap prices too! This is my new go to authentic Mexican restaurant at the moment!

Great hole in the wall place! So glad we found this place! Had the flautas and it was exactly as pictured on the menu! Fresh tasty food! Sooo good! Excited to try other dishes on their menu!

When I get my coffee from Golden Boy next door, I make a point of stopping by here for some good fuel. My friend and I both loved the hot chips and dip! I usually get a simple bean and cheese burrito because it's inexpensive and filling, but I also enjoy their pupusas and Caldo De Res (Beef Stew) with rice. Check out Don Chiquito's for friendly service, a peaceful environment, and comfort food!

Great food and even better service. We came to celebrate my birthday and called in to get a table and ask if we could bring in a cake which they generously allowed. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there as they gave us a sweet treat for my birthday as well. All our friends enjoyed their dinner and the service as well. We feel they went over and beyond to make my birthday special. We highly recommend Don Chiquito’s. Their sopes were amazing too. Thanks For a memorable evening Don Chiquito’s!

I had the Discada the first time and just came back for it again. Sooooooooo goooood. Gabby and Hector are really nice and welcoming. Lots of table space and a great place overall. Looking forward to trying more things!

This is the best Caldo De Res that I have ever had! So delicious! I will be back!

First time here. Got a lunch special with soup, sliced pork in green sauce, rice, beans, pickled onions, roasted salsa, and tortillas. And an aguas fresca included too. It was fantastic. Excellent authentic Mexican food. Great service by Maurice. They said check the website for daily specials or even call to request a specific dish. I'll be back for sure.

Uff just what I need I great beef soup bye hangover 😌 now I'm like new must come a try!! Definitely I'll be back again

Very good pupuss, not as greasy as some other ones i have had. The painti g of the elephant was a little weird - not sure if there are elepehants in El Salvador.

Little hole in the wall spot with some dang good tacos. I didn't have a chance to take any pictures because I ate them so fast. Service was friendly, though it did take a bit to get my food it was definitely worth it. Best chorizo and bean I've had in a while.

My favorite Hispanic joint in Denton. The carne asada is filling and flavorful. Breakfast burritos are a must.

We tried this place out today. It's not far from the house. The server was attentive and the place was nice and clean. The food was delicious. The chips were freshly made and the salsa was excellent.
I got the enchiladas suizas and my man got the burrito. It was a lot of food! And everything was tasty! It took a while to get it to the table, but that was because it was freshly made. The young man said that they have only been open about five months. I wanted to be sure word gets out about this place!

I had the best fajitas I’ve ever had. This little authentic Mexican food restaurant has won me! We had many different dishes and it surpassed our expectation! Seriously, we would come back for the guac and horchata alone!! Amazing!!

Really Great food! If you are tired of the usual Tex-Mex taco burrito enchilada fajita trip..... Get here quick!. The plate I had was stupendously tasty! Extraordinarily flavorful. Beautifully presented too. Nice and quiet and easy to get to. I am going back tomorrow and not going to stop until I try the entire menu.

Food is great fresh I go there pretty often and people are awesome I really recommend this place . Go try it out every thing is very good I had different dishes and. Everything I had was delicious.
